30/08/2025: we found ourselves drinking here every day because families are here, nice young people are here and the staff is extra ordinarily kind and funny. It was a lovely drink place to come at night

04/10/2025: It used to be a great restaurant... lately it's gone downhill a lot. They've raised the prices significantly, they've reduced the portions, and the quality of the food isn't what it used to be... what a shame!

18/09/2025: Excellent quality, easy to digest, warm welcome... I've already had other pizzas here, crispy and delicious, you can tell right from the classic Margherita. Today I also had the kebab pizza, I recommend it to all pizza lovers. Thank you so much, you're the best in the area!!! Keep it up, good luck!

28/08/2025: Nice and welcoming place, well presented, but unfortunately it's not enough. We ordered three Chinese wraps. Not bad, but nowhere near as good as others you can find. The clerk is very nice and helpful, but very slow. The place was empty, and we waited over 25 minutes for three crepes! The crepe filling was okay, the pork and potatoes were good, but the fried chicken was freezing cold and far from tasty. Oh, and out of three Chinese wraps we ordered, two of us found hair, or something inedible. I had high expectations, but I'm afraid I won't be back.

31/07/2025: I really like Jianbing Guozi... The chicken fillet and grilled sausage are delicious, the fried chicken is also delicious but a little expensive, I have tried beef brisket rice and spicy hot pot chicken rice, but they feel a little inferior. The toppings are often warm and only microwaved, which is not very good... The milk tea is average, and the fruit tea is a bit too sweet.

15/08/2025: Service 0/10 The staff was no longer friendly, but rather pushy. Too much. Cutlery was on the wrong side, it was on the left. When taking our order, the waiter was sitting almost on the next table, or rather, leaning completely on the table. The pizza was cold when it was served. One person at our table had finished eating. The plate was removed and passed by the waitress to the other person (who was still eating). That's not how you do that. Unprofessional. We were served by four different waiters in total, even though we were almost alone there. It caused confusion. Which is why we were asked several times by different waiters after dessert and coffee. One waiter was loudly lectured in front of the guests about all the things he had done wrong. You don't have to do that in front of the guests. The music in the restaurant was much too loud; you could barely understand a word.

07/08/2025: As soon as we sat down they brought a GF menu, has a separate kitchen, the pasta was amazing, and great service. Would make a detour just to cone here.

30/03/2025: One of the most disgusting pizzas of my life, we ordered takeout with Just Eat. Let's start with the delivery guy, who was incredibly rude because I was in the bathroom and it took me less than 30 seconds to answer the doorbell. I was ready with a tip in hand, but given the treatment, for the first time in my life I went home with a tip. The pizza was clearly not risen and poorly cooked, very chewy, I'd say you could play Frisbee on it. The Margherita had no toppings, and was dry and tough. The sausage and potatoes were slightly better, but still very poor. Don't order from this place.

06/03/2025: First time, and certainly last, pizza arrived in more than an hour, very poor quality, the sausage is black guys, a shame, I have never eaten a poorer pizza than this in my life. I will definitely not come back again. I'm someone who has eaten pizzas like this one in my life, I repeat, never.

05/10/2025: I don't recommend it... a real flop. The lady is completely rude and cold with customers. For good reason, according to them, two appetizers cost €13 each, consisting of two slices of mortadella, two slices of pancetta and coppa, and two slices of culatello. Then 12 tortelli (ravioli) with butter and sage, 12 tortelli with ragù, and four biscuits with two half glasses of passito wine. And half a liter of terrible red wine... €70 seems excessive to me. It's even worse. When I paid the bill, at Sign, I asked for half a glass of grappa. She rudely told me NO because she had already issued the receipt... but that doesn't really exist, because it certainly wasn't asked for free. However, after such a high bill, other restaurants would have reacted differently, so I'll stop here. Measly, low-quality portions, and a completely inhospitable owner... terrible until the end of the meal!!!!

20/07/2025: Traditional restaurant in Modena, excellent local food. Run by the owners. A very pleasant, quiet, family-run place. The lady only speaks Italian, but they take every order perfectly.

11/10/2025: Super affordable, friendly service, good atmosphere, people from all walks of life. This is an Italian bar at its finest.

31/08/2025: Patience, that's what it takes to eat at Novella: it takes patience to get there, patience to wait (dishes are made to order and not ready-made), and patience to reserve (you need to call ahead). But it's worth it. The location isn't convenient, but you can enjoy a breathtaking view and a pleasant temperature on hot days. The menu is (apparently) sparse; it's best to wait for directions from those who come to take your order, and then you discover a list of pasta dishes served with either Bolognese ragù or with mushrooms or truffles, depending on the season, and then grilled meats: from beef to pork, including the typical mutton. Perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The meat and homemade pasta are the highlights. The side dishes are also excellent, with friggione and potatoes being super. The platter is also interesting. The portions are generous.

24/08/2025: In the summer, an outdoor table offers a fantastic view and allows you to savor all the dishes, from starters to main courses. I highly recommend consulting the menu, otherwise, if you order by word of mouth, you might be surprised by the bill.

20/09/2025: For 20 years, the best pizza in Anzola dell'Emilia, a wide menu to suit all tastes, quality dough and ingredients. Excellent!

21/10/2025: We had nothing by booked on our first night in bologna. We tried Amadeo accross the road and they were full. We crossed to biagi and we're seated. It's a decent size restaurant and it'swas busy. The maitre d was very welcoming. Our waitress was local and spoke great English. I had the tortellini with parmesan - delicious - and cantucci biscuits with a sweet wine for dessert. They brought us down bread and nibbles which were also tasty. Overall this was a great first meal for us and handy as it was close to where we were staying

05/10/2025: My favorite place in the heart of Bologna. Everything is superb.

05/11/2025: Went for a birthday, the pizza was thin but good, with plenty of toppings. The desserts, there isn't a great choice, they're not bad.

13/07/2025: Margherita with oregano (a real Margherita is made with basil) and a hair inside. When I asked for a change (my partner is allergic to tomato) for the wrong pizza, I was verbally attacked by the owner. High prices.

31/08/2025: Dear pizza chef, fries should be served at the door, and if they're fries made that morning, you don't put them on my pizza; you eat them yourself. I'll pay for the pizza, and you have to do the service properly. Neapolitan pizza, forget about it. Where?!?

17/10/2025: Relaxing atmosphere and excellent food, worth trying...a wonderful experience that I will repeat!
