Ristorante Biagi In Bologna

The ricotta tortelli are excellent, as are the tagliatelle and ragù, and the creamed asparagus are delicious! The service was courteous but hurried. The atmosphere was quiet at first, then crowded.

Fantastic food and incredibly friendly staff. My girlfriend and I ate until we were bursting, except for the veal cutlet Bolognese. The rest is highly recommended, especially since they have late-night opening hours that allow you to eat at your own pace.

Everything was excellent, especially the tortellini in broth, truly excellent. I'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!!!

Nice restaurant not that far from center. You won't find as much tourists as in other restaurants, instead it was full of locals which made us believe it's a good one. It was actually everything good. We tried tortellini with parmigiano cream (amazing) and tortellini in brodo. We tried gramigna with ragù, they were good but not the best I've tried. To close the dinner we tried the local cotoletta bolognese. A boom of flavours, definitely not an easy to digest dish, but a must if you visit Bologna. A nice restaurant for a family dinner. Not a place for big noisy groups.

We enjoyed an excellent dinner, made even more special by the warm welcome from Mr. Biagi, the owner of a restaurant that offers a gastronomic experience I recommend to anyone in Bologna. We will return to Naples with fond memories of the excellent food! We recommend the tortellini and gramigna pasta as a first course, and their black cherry gelato for dessert.

We booked for a graduation party. The place was nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. We were the first to enter and almost the last to leave. The place was packed, and it was our fault we had a very limited dinner. A guest joined us and they couldn't give us a larger table. We ordered a first course and a second course each, and that's when the problems began. The first course was already incredibly slow, they made us wait almost 30 minutes, but the second course was ridiculous. At 10:00 PM, after about an hour of waiting, I annoyedly asked the waitress what had happened, and after about ten minutes, the second order finally arrived. It was a nightmare. The food was delicious, without any praise or deception, but the service was terrible. In the end, 3 out of 9 people asked for dessert, so it took 3 hours to dine. If you add in the availability of nearby parking, never again. The place will be deleted.

Biagi restaurant is a very beautiful and welcoming place. As soon as we arrived, they delighted us with delicious appetizers, and after a while, they asked us to order so that once we finished the first course, we could start the second right away, providing friendly and prompt service. 👍🏻 The prices are fair and the food is very good. The staff is friendly and always helpful. In other words, the most important thing a restaurant should have... Well, Biagi has it. It was a wonderful evening, and if I ever return to Bologna, I'll definitely pop into Biagi. If you're in Bologna, try Biagi. I recommend it 😘 P.S. One night there was no room, so they seated us at the counter, which was also very comfortable. The best broth I've ever eaten 🫠. The restaurant truly immerses you in the history of Bolognese cuisine. The restaurant's decor and interiors certainly exude an authentic, bygone atmosphere. The waiters, all strictly aproned and therefore uniformed, are always ready to serve without being intrusive and to handle the most diverse requests (among us was a girl with celiac disease, and they immediately found a selection for her). Quality ingredients, everything truly delicious and scenic, despite the cuisine remaining simple and at times rustic! The creamy gelato with black cherries, the cutlet, even the chickpea appetizer are incredible—EVERYTHING perfect!

Very large, being centrally located, there's plenty of space. The cover charge is a bit pricey, but it includes appetizer-style appetizers, but they're very tasty. The Sangiovese wine is good when young! We'd say it's a good experience!!

Very disappointing, poor value for money, average food, and unimpressive service. The place and atmosphere are beautiful.
