I have recently had the opportunity to visit a couple of places here to eat. Once with a friend and once with colleagues, in the end I manage both times to have a bit of everything, tortellini, gramigna, tagliatelle, Bolognese cutlet, a mix of house starters and finally the ice cream cream. So I must say that the service was truly exceptional, the waiter was always helpful and very kind, as well as patient, the place is in the center and very rustic and historic, but I admit that the food disappointed me, I would say average but for some even fewer dishes. Tortellini not bad, gramigna let's say NI and tagliatelle I didn't find the ragù tasty enough, the cutlet was mediocre and the starters were all disappointing for me, the best thing was the cream ice cream, really excellent and which is served with different toppings to put on top. I'm sorry but I wasn't satisfied and I doubt I'll go back

Very welcoming place. A dining room manager, if you can call it that, not very empathetic but not rude. As soon as we sat down they brought us some baked pumpkin and some chickpeas cooked with garlic, rosemary and oil. Both excellent and tasty. I admit I made a mistake by ordering pumpkin ravioli, very good, with perhaps a slightly thick pastry for my taste, but in the realm of tortellini I should have ordered those. My wife had roast beef with a Barolo wine. Excellent meat, slightly savory sauce. The spinach with burns is also good. Then the triumph of desserts. Biagi's legendary cream, eaten several times when they were in Casalecchio, always of the highest level. The fiordilatte with gianduia is also truly heavenly. Prices consistent with the quality. I was undecided whether to give 4 or 5 stars. Now I do 4, but I will return to taste other typical dishes (definitely the tortellini) and add the last star.

At Biagi you feel at home, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, top quality products. The appetizer with culaccia, mortadella and strologhino was excellent, a special mention to the artichokes in the salad and then there are them... The tortellini in broth... Real jewels. 👏👏👏

True Bolognese cuisine. I have never eaten so well in Bologna. Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff, the real and best tortellini in broth! The homemade ice cream is delicious. Everything excellent and with attention to the smallest details. We will be back soon, for sure. Highly recommended for a dinner of a certain level, but within everyone's reach.

È la mia tappa fissa quando sono in visita a mia figlia, bolognese ormai da 9 anni, e non delude mai! Genuino, verace e veramente tipico.

Ottima Bolognesita' e accoglienza.
Cotoletta alla bolognese molto molto buona...antipastino di benvenuto a base di cavolo saltato e ceci...ottima carta dei vini...ma signori....che desiderare di piu'? Ambiente che accontenta tutte le fascie di eta' ...mio figlio 26 enne e i suoi amici lo adorano...ed io pure!

Con amici decidiamo di pranzare in questo storico ristorante di Bologna. Abbiamo prenotato con giorni in anticipo. Il locale è accogliente, caldo, ben illuminato e molto caratteristico. Ci accomodiamo e dal menù scegliamo per antipasto una porzione di strolghino da dividere, a seguire una gramigna con salsiccia e in seguito due cotolette alla bolognese, un vitello tonnato e un arrosto di vitello. Da bere acqua e un san giovese rosso. Per finire tiramisù e torta di riso con caffè. Il primo e le cotolette ottime, porzioni giuste e giusta cottura. Il vitello arrosto è arrivato freddo. Il vino ottimo. Il tiramisù non aveva la parte di savoiardi o comunque biscotto, era solo mascarpone e cioccolato. Il conto nella media. Allego foto e foto della ricevuta.
