A family-run restaurant with excellent food and service, going above and beyond the norm. Italian cuisine that goes beyond the typical tourist fare. If you want to try a different kind of Italian food and enjoy great service and company...this is the place for you!

A restaurant a little outside of Bologna's city center (an excellent location for those planning an evening at the Auditorium), specializing in gluten-free reinterpretations of traditional Bolognese cuisine. While the location isn't the most romantic, it manages to provide a certain intimacy and welcome, in addition to providing excellent dishes!!! I must say that even as a non-celiac (my girlfriend is celiac and confirms everything), I found the tortellini, tagliatelle, and crescentine to be a guarantee. :)

100% gluten-free restaurant, delicious and "normal," even for omnivores. For the first time in many years, I forgot I was celiac. Prices were perfectly normal, without the usual gluten-free overload. Well done!

10/05/2026: I'm writing this just as I'm having dinner alone on a trip to Bologna... a fantastic discovery... a perfect place, the perfect place to enjoy simple dishes, yet extraordinarily prepared with care and simplicity. Congratulations, and it's a shame you're closed (lucky you) for two and a half days... see you next week.
