A restaurant a little outside of Bologna's city center (an excellent location for those planning an evening at the Auditorium), specializing in gluten-free reinterpretations of traditional Bolognese cuisine. While the location isn't the most romantic, it manages to provide a certain intimacy and welcome, in addition to providing excellent dishes!!! I must say that even as a non-celiac (my girlfriend is celiac and confirms everything), I found the tortellini, tagliatelle, and crescentine to be a guarantee. :)

100% gluten-free restaurant, delicious and "normal," even for omnivores. For the first time in many years, I forgot I was celiac. Prices were perfectly normal, without the usual gluten-free overload. Well done!

Everything is gluten-free and dairy-free. A haven for eating and relaxing. The tortellini in broth and warm chocolate cake are a must-try.

It felt like heaven!! Finding a gluten-free restaurant where I could enjoy Italian cuisine and eat delicious food without worry is priceless. We'll definitely be back. We went two days ago and I already want to go back! haha

Like Samwise over a pot of meat in the Shire, I thought I already knew happiness. Then this seafood spaghetti arrived.
Gluten-free pasta made so well it seemed like elven magic: finally, a place where gluten-free isn't treated like the sad cousin on the menu, but like a true banquet worthy of Minas Tirith. Prawns, mussels, and a sauce as rich as the treasure of Erebor.
Only note: the pace is slower than an Ent taking a stroll... but the journey is worth the wait.
If Frodo had stopped by here, he probably would have kept the Ring a few more days to finish the dish.

They've been telling me for 11 years!!!
Pizza 🍕 only in the evening.
Lunch for €15 with lots of choice.

If you like chocolate as myself the Cremoso Al cioccolato is the greatest dessert I have ever tasted at a restaurant. I wish I could give it 6 stars. Everything else is amazing too, taste of food, cheese with bread to begin, pasta dishes. On top of it all it's great value for money. A real gem.
