Ristorante Le Ghiaine In Cervia

I've been frequenting this restaurant for years! It's impossible to get enough of it. The Parmesan fondue with prosciutto and mushrooms is a must-try appetizer. A simple dish that never gets old; in fact, it's better every time. All the meat-based dishes are exceptional; I especially recommend the cart options, especially for their excellent value. The staff is always truly kind, professional, and efficient!

I had dinner with friends at this restaurant on a Saturday in June. What can I say? The location was spectacular, as were the dishes and the variety on the menu, including the wine list. We were welcomed and kindly escorted to our table. The place is truly meticulously maintained, and the dishes were spectacular in both taste and presentation, which was generously presented, especially the desserts. The prices are reasonable, perhaps a little high, but justified by the location, as Cervia is a very famous and popular destination. There were five of us, and we all had an appetizer, a main course, a side dish, water, and dessert, all accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine for €36. In total, we spent just under €300. The restaurant is truly large and clean, and the service is very fast and attentive. It's a bit out of the way, so we have a car, but that's not a problem given the ample reserved parking available. I highly recommend it and would definitely return.

We had the rib-eye steak and it was sublime. The side dishes were excellent, and the recommended wine was excellent. Well done, I'll be back.

We had two amazing diners at Le Ghiaine! Our server Giovanni made us feel very welcome and gave us great recommendations. The food was spectacular, especially the Fiorentina. If you like sweet red wine you should really try the Otello. The food you eat really gives the vibe that the chefs care about their meals with great passion. We had a lovely table outside in the beautiful garden, our dog was also welcome which is a big plus for us! Giovanni is the type of waiter that you won’t forget in a long time and makes you want to go back tomorrow. We will definitely be visiting the restaurant in the future. Thanks and all the other staff, it was a really amazing addition to our holiday!

The food is excellent, the staff are very kind and fast. I had a wonderful day on Sunday and I recommend it to everyone.
