Osteria Becco di legno In Bologna

Restaurant tavern exclusively for friendly and easy-going people, I love it!

Excellent osteria with several traditional Bolognese dishes, generous portions, and reasonable prices. The desserts are homemade; the panna cotta is delicious! We also had the tagliatelle with truffle and the cotoletta alla bolognese, both truly excellent. It's close to the city center, the prices are fair, and the staff are very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Historic tavern in the Cirenaica area

A true osteria. You couldn't ask for anything more or anything different; it's perfect just the way it is. Recommended!

The main course was generous. The wait between courses was a bit long. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was dimly lit (I think intentionally).

We went to Osteria Becco di Legno last night with a couple of friends: Fantastic experience 👍 At the entrance, the owner Raffaele welcomes you. He sits you down and his niece comes to take your order. He cheerfully explains the menu. We choose crostini, tortelloni al carbone, and tagliatelle goccia d'oro... then a cotoletta alla bolognese... desserts... we discover that Raffaele's wife is in the kitchen. Everything is as it seems... fantastic!!! Raffaele has been running this restaurant with his family for many years, carrying on the true Bolognese culinary tradition with an eye for innovation. Highly recommended!

Excellent food in a characteristic and welcoming place

A typical Bolognese tavern from the 1970s and 1980s. A small place where everything has remained unchanged. Good first courses and some interesting dishes.
