27/05/2025: 7.50 in the morning, a fair number of customers but average for bars at this hour... the counter is full of trays with dirty cups, I asked for a long coffee that wasn't long, calzone not heated... I go outside and all the tables were full of trays with pigeons feasting on the remains of brioche on the floor... in short, not a very inviting first approach. Average coffee and calzone

02/06/2025: We often come to this pizzeria because the pizza has the consistency we like and the toppings are always good. Unfortunately, lately it has happened to us quite often that several pizzas were burned underneath. Not just in some spots but all the black underneath. Pizza like this is bad and nasty. We need to understand what is wrong with the oven to go back to making the excellent product we used to make.
31/05/2025: Weekend out of town looking for a quiet place, food quality is excellent, service is excellent, the guy who looked after us was nice. Asked for advice on what to see in Imola and the surrounding area, friendly and very useful answers, I highly recommend... Perfect quality and price

03/03/2025: Not the classic takeaway pizzeria. The owner, Guido, is a good experimenter who keeps up with the times. Times in which we move away from the idea of simple and genuine pizza. The idea pizza staff instead channels ideas and craftsmanship into producing excellent pizzas. Average prices. Punctual with orders. The choice of using Mulino Quaglia flour was excellent.

27/04/2025: Come a casa: trattoria casalinga come non se ne trovano più, con ottima cacciagione e servizio famigliare attento e simpatico.
Primi con selvaggina molto buoni. Cappellacci divini, ma soprattutto…le guancette di maiale da perdere la testa! Imperdibile se siete a Ferrara
