18/04/2025: I always go there to get lunch after work. I'm a big fan of their pizza and stuffed focaccias. A perfect place where you eat well and the service is excellent, the queue is long but because the food is very good. Only downside is the parking outside, but that's not their fault.

21/05/2025: The service was poor and not particularly friendly. We were the only ones in the entire restaurant and had to wait a long time to order. The pasta tasted like canned ravioli, the parmesan smelled/tasted moldy and completely ruined our appetite. I personally wouldn't go back because we paid 97 euros for awful food and now have a stomach ache. There are better options!!!

09/05/2025: If you come to Parma I sincerely recommend the piadineria, it is really excellent and plentiful. We are French and do not speak Italian but the staff really did everything to satisfy us

23/03/2025: 🍕 The pizza by the meter I tried was one of the best I've ever eaten, incredible like few others! 😋 The flavor was perfect, balanced and really tasty, it left us speechless! 🤩 Another thing that surprised me was that, even though it was so tasty, I didn't feel thirsty during the night, which means it wasn't too salty and the rise was really good! 🌟 Every bite was light and pleasant, without that heavy feeling that you can sometimes feel with other pizzas. We will definitely be back to enjoy this amazing pizza again! 👏💯 An experience that I highly recommend to anyone who loves quality pizza!

05/06/2025: Terrible service, poor food bordering on Indian street food, instant stomach ache, waiters not on the ball, the "freshest" was the bartender who managed to give me the right change and it was not at all obvious. However, 1 star is deserved for the glitch of the infinite peanuts!

27/05/2025: I hate writing negative reviews but... The apparent kindness of the barista hides a lack of professionalism. I explain. I pay for two coffees and a pastry. The guy asks me: should I heat it up for you? Yes, please. He puts it in the microwave and gives it back to me. While we wait an interminable amount of time for the coffee (our receipt had inexplicably been moved to the end of the line and other customers after us had been moved ahead), I bite into the pastry and burn my lips on the boiling cream. I kindly point this out to the barista to get a glass of water to soothe the pain (which he is hesitant to give me, go figure why) and he, angry (him!), snaps at me saying (exact words): "But you told me to heat it up!" I didn't think it was the right time to respond in kind, so I'll do it now on the review: good coffee, good pastry (except for the burn), zero service. To manage this nice bar, there should be more education and more empathy, nerves under control and attention to the customer. I see that other reviewers agree with me so accept the criticism and advice. Don't worry... tomorrow I'll go to another bar. Greetings. Update: the manager's response confirms what I wrote, that is, no attention to the customer (the response does not address the problem but minimizes it and makes fun of the person and the review with arrogance and rudeness). Congratulations 👏

04/05/2025: Osteria di una volta ,arredata semplicemente, pulita e con personale veramente in gamba ,molto veloci e gentili. Torta fritta buona con ottimo salume ben stagionato.Gnocchi con scamorza e speck molto buoni e delicati ,porzione abbondante .Tasca di vitello ripiena da lode ,carne tenera e ripieno ben fatto .Sorbetto al limone .Abbiamo pagato per 2 antipasti misti salume ,gorgonzola e torta fritta ,1 primo ,1 secondo ,1 dolce ,mezzo di vino rosso ,una bottiglia di acqua ,1 caffè e un bargnolino ,70 euro .Un pò caro ma il cibo è molto buono .

19/05/2025: Grand Hotel Mattei (Ravenna) was a great place to regroup and reset after 4 weeks of road travel and touring. Plenty of easy parking right outside, wow! The lifts were big and fast. Check-in quick. Rooms clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were a good size, with places to put makeup and hair stuff. Hanging places for towels and a shaving/makeup mirror (so many places don't have this, which is such a simple addition!) More lighting in the bathroom is always a good thing. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant for dinner was fabulous, busy, but fast service. Breakfast was fabulous. Would have liked secured Wifi, or at least a message to say the Hotspot was secure. All in all really great. Thanks to all the staff.

22/04/2025: Well-renovated farmhouse in the countryside, clean and tidy environment, service with friendly and efficient staff, traditional and very tasty dishes, very beautiful large room for events, outdoor location for romantic aperitifs in summer. All managed by the young and talented chef Nicolò Guidetti, with the collaboration of diligent and competent staff. You always come back to where you feel good!
