14/12/2024: For me it is the best Chinese restaurant in Piacenza. Excellent food, low prices, friendly and helpful staff. I have been going there for many years and I have never had to wait too long to order or receive my order. Easily accessible place with lots of parking. The interior is cozy and with a nice atmosphere. The location is also excellent, along the ancient Roman walls.

18/09/2024: I've been to this place 4 times, which claims to have a sandwich with spleen. 1_ I call, ask if they do it, they say yes (only lung, but that's fine), I go and eat. 2_ I DO NOT call (since the first time they told me that "we always have it"), I go with friends, and they tell me that he isn't there that evening, because the boy who calls them left at 5pm. ok and let's eat something else. 3_ I call, they tell me that today after 5pm they won't do it because the boy is missing. so I go anyway and eat something else. 4_ I call and specify that I would come by at 7pm, they tell me (the middle-aged lady) "yes, of course, we do it", so I invite friends again, I introduce myself and... they don't let me. PLUS, I was also ridiculed by the clerk, who teases me by saying that I DEFINITELY called the other store. Too bad the other store NEVER told me they did this (unlike this one); furthermore, I called the same number again the next day, to ask for information from the (very rude) lady on why she had said yes to me (it was enough to say sorry) who dismissed me, passing me on to the boy who had perculated me, pretending not to remember that the 'I had called 24 hours earlier. I have no idea how many people call asking for the exact same thing as me, but if there were a lot of them, they'd probably have that sandwich more often. As I also said on the phone: it is not important whether he is there or not, but if I call ONLY, it is confirmed and if I invite people ONLY, then yes, I expect there to be, or at least an apology, and certainly not to be taken for your ass in front of everyone.

24/12/2024: Food ok, but service terrible. I asked for two cappuccinos and a coffee + several pastries (spending €10). Once served together, only one glass of water arrived. I kindly asked for two more glasses because we were 3 people. The brunette lady with fuchsia shades (probable owner) replied "can you stretch yourself?" I asked her why and she arrogantly replied we don't do table service when she had JUST DONE IT. What about POTENTIALLY LOST CUSTOMER. The only one who survives is the girl with glasses always smiling and ready to serve.

Located in the heart of the city, this osteria is renowned for its authentic cuisine and welcoming atmosphere.  The environment is informal and lively, often frequented by students and tourists, which contributes to a convivial atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the service efficient, despite the crowds. Prices are affordable, making Osteria dell'Orsa an excellent choice for those who want to savor Bolognese cuisine without spending too much.  One aspect to consider is the possibility of having to wait for a table, given the popularity of the place. However, the wait is often short and well rewarded by the quality of the dishes offered.
