The food was excellent, the quantity of the aperitif was super abundant and varied. I can't find words other than Thank you to the super kind and helpful staff for anything! 30/04/2025: April 29, 2025, a memorable date for our family who celebrated Lucrezia's graduation. The added value to the party was undoubtedly having chosen the Vault of the Bishop and having met the Organizer, Carlo Tortora, who with his availability and professionalism led us by the hand from the first moment to manage the entire event in a balanced manner without failing to advise us and best interpret our needs and expectations, not just culinary ones. The location, the choice of dishes, the discreet, composed and attentive presence of the staff made all the guests feel welcomed and calmly placed in a position to enjoy every moment. We chose from a vast possibility of menu combinations, first enjoying the park, impeccably maintained, for the ritual photos and for aperitifs among various combinations of local but also extra-regional specialties and then continued in one of the adjacent vaulted rooms, furnished with round tables and white tablecloths with central flowers, where the atmosphere was extremely elegant. All the guests enjoyed the excellently prepared dishes which punctually and carefully respected the agreements made with an excellent quality/price ratio. For our future celebrations and/or even simply convivial occasions, we now know that the Vault of the Bishop is a certainty of success. See you soon and thanks again. Compliments!!!!

The employees treat you like a number, I don't feel a bit of warmth. As a plus, definitely the variety of desserts. As a negative, there is no table service and the tables outside are not exactly the best

22/03/2025: È stato un piacere ritornare in questo locale raffinato ed elegante situato nella zona della Pomposa. Il menu è cambiato rispetto a quello che avevo trovato nelle occasioni precedenti, ma la qualità e l'attenzione alla presentazione dei piatti sono rimaste intatte. Ho ordinato una carbonara di mare, seguita da patate arrosto e infine una cheesecake ai frutti di bosco. Ho gradito ogni portata. Il servizio è stato attento e professionale. E con la promozione di The Fork ( 20% di sconto alla cassa) il conto è stato più che onesto. Alla prossima!

14/03/2025: Ristorante in chiave moderna. Entrando si rimane colpiti dalla suddivsione di un unico ampio spazio in più spazi per il tramite di mobilio appositamente voluto per esporre ovunque vini nazionali e non così come le bollicine. Ambiente davvero piacevole. Buona la cucina per quanto provato con accostamenti interessanti (forse un pò esigua qualche pietanza). Servizio buono.

14/02/2025: Insieme a tre amiche siamo andate al Pratogallo per festeggiare un compleanno.Il locale è molto accogliente e pulito. Il personale è caloroso e disponibile. Io ho scelto un gustosissimo e succulento hamburger di cervo con pane nero, accompagnato da patatine croccanti. Le ragazze hanno invece optato per tre pizze, ben farcite ed invitanti. A seguire le corpose arancine e gli stratosferici cannoli tradizionali siciliani ( consigliatissimo!!) Veramente una bellissima serata! Prezzo più che onesto per la qualità di ciò che abbiamo mangiato.

19/02/2025: Sono stata con la famiglia. Avrei dato qualcosa in più. Ma a partire dalle focacce non erano un granché, fare pagare 12 euro per dell'acqua calda senza nemmeno la bustina di tè chiesto da un bimbo di 3 anni mi sembra eccessivo. Ci penserò bene dal consigliare ad amici e parenti di venirci di nuovo.

06/02/2025: Ho richiesto di prenotare e poi di consegnare (in città) un certo quantitativo di loro prodotti freschi (panini, tramezzini, pasticcini): prima l'addetto ha dovuto chiedere a non so chi se fosse possibile per loro effettuare la consegna, poi e' rimasto sorpreso per la sede di consegna che non conosceva, pur essendo in città e istituzione piuttosto nota: a quel punto ho rinunciato a prenotazione e acquisto In sistanza come se un fiorista quasi chiedesse agli sposi di portarsi gli addobbi floreali in chiesa..... Pessima esperienza

07/06/2025: I received a pizza with rich toppings and thin crispy crust. Good price-value ratio. I had trouble explaining what I wanted, it was 40 minutes before closing, but they still managed to get me the kind of topping I was looking for.

20/04/2025: A little on the pricey side, but the shoyu ramen was quite good. Would have loved an entire egg though. Ebi gyoza were tasty, but none of them was closed properly, and split open by picking them up. I don’t mind sitting beside strangers, but I had other clients bumping into me all the time so tight we were sitting.

20/04/2025: Everything is more beautiful than good, a nice place and I really appreciate the mood of eating all crowded together at the counter without a reservation, but I was expecting a decidedly better ramen. I didn't like the wagyu one, perhaps personal taste, the spicy one wasn't spicy at all and the burnt meat gave the broth a not very good flavour, perhaps it was strong since I had asked for extra. No dorayaki, rather don't really serve them or find a way not to let them dry out like that... All in all, a good dinner, but there are many ramen bars in Bologna where you can book, even sit at a normal table if you want, and, for one thing, they make the lamian in front of you, all this while paying less and eating better.
