I recommend this restaurant to those who want to savor the authentic flavors of Emilia, but I hope that in the future the portions can be more generous to fully reflect the culinary tradition of the region.

Uniqueness of the dishes, knowledge of culinary history, answers sometimes direct but always with a smile, I would say the first restaurant and I have been through many, who knows what the word hospitality means, then when he starts talking and telling it becomes a fairy tale to stay there , highly recommended for all ages, if you want to live an experience and feel pampered, go to him, you won't regret it. MATTEO you are truly a true professional, very good.
