Fast, friendly and good girls… The surprise was the new director, in addition to seeing one of the "higher levels" get his hands dirty working in contact with the public, I have rarely found the professionalism with which he distinguished himself!! I will definitely be back!!!

15/03/2025: Unfortunately, a negative experience, even though I had already trusted them, this time they really did everything wrong. I ask to make me a cake for my birthday, sending an example photo, and specifying verbally to the girl that there shouldn't have been flowers in the cake, that I would have taken them later, because the cake had to be empty in the center since there was a writing on it, and this was also specified in the chat, sending the writing, the font, and the way in which it had to be done. Unfortunately they did the complete opposite, placing the flowers and not writing on the cake because apparently the girl who took my order "didn't write" this detail. I was offered a discount on the flowers from the price of the cake over the phone, which unfortunately was not done. In addition to a "frosting" all over the cake (which had to be only on the edges because there should have been writing in the center) which hardened making it impossible to cut and consequently the cake completely crumbled. I paid in full for a cake that was completely different from what I wanted, without receiving any discount that I had been told, and in the total indifference of the pastry shop.

05/03/2025: My favorite coffee shop in Ferrara! The staff is always very polite and attentive, even when they don't speak Italian very well. The ladies are always friendly. The brioche is very tasty and well-filled. I can't wait to have my breakfast at Chocolat again ❤️

Superlative Pizza. Before dinner it is customary to drink "PIRLO". The atmosphere is welcoming, you feel like you're having lunch at home. Troviamo aperto il quo vadis; locale con a pranzo molti lavoratori con menù fisso- lo chiediamo anche noi ma alle 14,15 non era più disponibile ! Ordiniamo allora due pizze ( discrete),acqua e 1 birra media e due caffè come da scontrino fiscale in evidenza. Lascio ai lettori ogni commento su quanto pagato in particolare servizio, caffè (6 euro??) e 1 birra. Non torneremo.

The food is of good quality and the service is attentive and courteous; whoever takes care of the room is always available to explain and advise. Sono stata presso questo ristorante con la mia famiglia lunedì sera a cena e ci siamo ritornati martedì a pranzo, l’abbiamo adorato, location molto suggestiva, elegante, una nota particolare ai meravigliosi quadri esposti e, soprattutto la gentilezza della titolare, il suo sorriso e la sua dolcezza ci hanno conquistati. Cibo di ottima qualità, abbiamo gustato piatti eccezionali: primi, pizza, e dolci, tutti impiattati con eleganza e professionalità. Straconsigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente!
