12/04/2025: I have been to total of 3 gelato places in Reggio Emilia but this place has been the best of all. They have quite a lots of flavours and the texture of the gelato is just..perfect!! Trust me you will regret if you don’t visit this place

12/02/2025: Quality restaurant, with a simple but excellent quality menu. Choice of meat you don't expect. Excellent tagliatelle from the day before. Worth visiting on other occasions to sample the rest of the menu. A mention for the choice of wines recommended with skill and competence. Discreet and punctual service!!

22/10/2024: Terrible experience. I booked two cakes a week before they were collected and when the scheduled day arrived, the second cake had not been made, but after 40 minutes of waiting they didn't even have the courage to tell me. At which point they offered me a place to stay at the place where I would have dinner. Premise: the cake had to be fruit-based ONLY STRAWBERRIES, with Chantilly cream and thousand leaves. They handed me a tiny shortcrust pastry cake, with kiwi (to which the birthday boy is allergic), peaches and grapes. YOU ARE BAD. Invest the money in seriousness and not in advertising, which by working badly, only makes a very poor impression. Obviously you will have one less customer, but I hope many others too.

03/05/2025: Stop for a quick lunch. Quiet place. Good food, service and availability. Fair prices, 20 euros per person with a course and a side dish plus coffee.

25/02/2025: Historic place managed impeccably and with great sympathy. Large and comfortable rooms. Remarkable breakfast, in particular the scrambled eggs were exceptional. We will gladly return.

16/05/2025: We stopped today to eat while we were passing through with the camper despite the bad reviews about the owner that we absolutely did not let ourselves be influenced by because everyone has their own experience that can differ greatly from those of others. We are two with a big dog and we were all welcomed ... the food more than excellent, the grilled eel was delicious and the mixed grill too. The ginger bitter made by the owner was a tasty surprise. For us it was all 10 and surely when we are in the area we will repeat the experience ....

04/05/2025: We ate grilled fish like we hadn't eaten for years!! Finally excellent quality, excellent cooking and excellent price!! The starters and desserts were also very good. The place is spartan but very nice and the owner is a little grumpy but actually very nice

01/06/2025: I really liked the location and the food was excellent! For the first time I ate a cooked cockerel, very well, accompanied by a really nice salad. Baked potatoes, tasty and tagliatelle top.
