First of all, the ribs were full of fat, and the cut was too sinewy with too much fat, making it tough to eat precisely because of the excessive sinewy meat. Personally, if I had my own restaurant, I would never serve sinewy meat to any customer. For appetizers, we ordered two hand-cut tartare with tomato pesto (there was more chopped tomato than meat, meaning you could barely taste the meat). Then, while I was paring with my boyfriend, the waiter came to refill our wine glass, but it was already quite full, so I found it an inappropriate gesture that wasn't necessary, especially at a time when two people were already drinking and talking. In short, we paid €98 for meat that was anything but good. If you want good meat, go elsewhere. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but there are people like us who, after a month of hard work, treat themselves to a dinner where they can eat well and relax, and end up eating inedible meat. It's not nice to wake up after a dinner feeling dissatisfied. So the only advice I can give you is: be careful with the meat and the food in general you serve. And don't barge in on a couple's table and refill their already full wine glasses while they're talking.
