20/11/2025: A gigantic cutlet, incredibly crispy and strictly on the bone, for me.
A tender braised beef, in the background, for my wife.
But the dinner began with traditional green lasagna, truly exceptional!
7 layers, as Bruno Barbieri teaches, crispy on top and soft on the inside.
Attentive service despite the full dining room, prices seemed "high" but perfectly in line with the quality of the ingredients, especially considering the location in the heart of Modena.

06/10/2025: Great hotel in the inner city of Bologna. The rooms are not the newest and the wall to wall carpets could be exchanged for proper flooring but because the walls also have fabric on them it is very quiet in the room. The staff was very friendly and all relevant amenities were given

Our room was very large, as was the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is very extensive by Italian standards and offers something for everyone. 18/08/2025: A quaint atmosphere where you can enjoy a very good beer with a platter of authentic cured meats. The pizza is different from the usual, but still good and, above all, easy to digest. I recommend calling to check opening times and availability.

In a pool on a hill, where you don't even have to wear a swimming cap...you'll always find music and food because it's a party!!!
Fridays and Saturdays are for the younger ones...while Wednesdays are lively for the older ones, with DJs playing.
Then Sunday is for everyone. And what a Sunday!
One of a kind in all of Emilia: Poolside from 10:00 a.m., you can have lunch under the pergola, and from 4:00 p.m. the party kicks off with a DJ set until 8:00 p.m.

12/11/2025: We had a family lunch on Sunday. We chose the restaurant based on previous positive experiences, but Sunday was embarrassing! The portions were truly too small, especially compared to other times when we've always had to take home an overabundance of food! On Sunday, however, with 20 of my guests, we went home almost starving. A disappointment and a disgrace. It's an experience not to be repeated, probably not even for the rest of the table!

01/11/2025: The pasta of the month, with coffee and mascarpone, is truly wonderful. Sandra and Claudio are top-notch baristas. Andrea Garani did a great job. We absolutely must return, it feels like home.

The dishes arrived very quickly.
It was quite good, but not overly flavorful, even though I had it with pancetta and parmesan.
The atmosphere didn't convey a particularly hygienic and clean feeling; we found a couple of napkins and the tablecloth a bit dirty from previous meals. The staff was very young, friendly, and helpful despite the large crowd.

28/10/2025: If you want to taste a bit of Puglia, this is the place to be. I live in Ravenna, so I don't go there for convenience, but for quality.
23/08/2025: We stopped by and it was a pleasant surprise. The focaccia was excellent, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The pasticciotto was delicious, and the shortcrust pastry was also delicious. I highly recommend it.
