22/08/2024: Took 10 minutes to be offered a bottle of water. The menu was incredibly underwhelming with limited options. They were accommodating enough to allow us to change the way we wanted our pizza….However the flavors were simply bland and unmemorable. I’ve had better pizza at a kebab place. The restaurant is beautiful and the Waitress that helped us seemed to be the only one working, she was lovely, sadly I do not remember her name. The positive reviews you see for this restaurant are not current. Believe me when I say you are not missing out on anything if you do not go to this restaurant I absolutely Do Not Recommend.

09/08/2024: We appreciate the commitment and the pizza but I would say that we are not there with service and venue. The outside of the restaurant (tables on the pavement) is well set and suggests a very well-kept place. Inside, however, it seems like an old Chinese restaurant with little plastic flowers as a table centerpiece and a candle placed in a measuring cup, probably because the candle holders were finished. The idea of ​​serving a welcome entrée is nice but the dining room staff is not trained enough: if I order a bottle of wine and they bring me the icebox I would need a cloth napkin to dry the bottle before serving it, one was brought disposable napkins. Good pizza 👍🏼

The tasting menu, left to the creativity of the chef, presents some interesting dishes, even if certain combinations, such as mullet with kiwi, are risky and not entirely appreciable. This choice unfortunately influenced my overall opinion. The restaurant is located in a rather isolated area, so it is necessary to evaluate whether the journey is up to the experience. Andrea R.

03/01/2025: The ramen in Bologna is Sentaku Ramen Bar. Absolutely the best around. The place is small and, especially on weekends, it is recommended to arrive a little before the usual 9pm. It rightly doesn't accept reservations but, especially for small groups of up to 4 people, the queue flows well. Don't expect a very big place, you eat practically at the counter but this is also part of the experience. We also had some appetizers but generally with just a portion of Ramen we can be very full. Possibility of vegetarian ramen. Highly recommended.

Pets are not a problem, water bowl always ready. Parking and disabled access. Covered seating. Tables are washed after each guest. Air conditioned. I recommend. We come back regularly 👍🏼
