Mixed appetizer on the plate, cappelletti with capon broth, tagliatelle with ragù, grilled meat, rabbit, guinea fowl, potatoes fried in lard, salad, delicious wine, water, homemade desserts, coffee and digestive... €35 Full plates and second round of encores for everyone. In the last 2 years I have already been there and some friends have also been there. Everything is always good and homemade. Anyone who says otherwise has, from my point of view, seen a film...

10/03/2025: Osteria surrounded by greenery, on the information it says pets allowed and knowing this we didn't investigate further on the phone. Unfortunately, when we got there we were told that the dog couldn't come in and that we had to leave it in the car. Even though it was a table of over 20 people and in the corner of the room and therefore not in a passage area, the owner didn't want to know. Incorrect information

06/04/2025: We booked online quickly and easily. We arrived on time but had to wait about ten minutes because the table wasn't ready. Nice place, very large and full of people. Our waitress was really cute! Kind, helpful and friendly (as well as very cute ☺️) Quick service, very good pizzas and hot ones! Even the dessert that the waitress recommended was perfect because she understood what we wanted. Recommended!!

30/03/2025: The place is nice and is located in the San Lazzaro gallery complex! The service is fast, maybe too fast. The puppy pizza and bites were truly exceptional, which can't be said for the dessert I tried, although it was good!

24/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato una domenica a mezzogiorno in un gruppo numeroso di amici. La maggior parte di loro, quasi tutte coppie , sono persone molto attente alla qualità del cibo e tutte con una buona conoscenza gastronomica. Io ero l'incaricato di trovare il posto e mi sono fidato , dopo aver valutato vari luoghi presentati qui su Tripadvisor, delle recensioni positive su Ristorante Am-Arcord a Filetto. Per sincerità, già dalla telefonata di prenotazione, il titolare si era rivelato paziente, gentile e accogliente con quella caratteristica bonomia romagnola che mi ha fatto ben sperare. Il locale si trova a pochissimi minuti dalla bellissima romanica Pieve di San Pietro in Trento e dalla Casa della Carità Piccolo Gregge retta dalla Fraternità Dives in Misericordia, dove eravamo andati per le opere d'arte sacra moderna , vicino al paese di Filetto. All'esterno i mobili da esterno coperti di nylon, per la stagione invernale danno un pò l'aspetto di un luogo inattivo, ma è bastato varcare la porta e ci si trova immersi in un ambiente di altri tempi, ben lontano dal rustico di maniera di tanti locali. Descrivere questa sorta di piccolo museo da parete è praticamente impossibile. La lunga tavola già apparecchiata affaccia sulla cucina a vista, con un grande focolare acceso. Il titolare ci accoglie con simpatia e ci elenca la serie di piatti, tutti rigorosamente tradizionali, che la cucina prepara. Abbiamo deciso di avere un assaggio di quattro "minestre" come dichiara il titolare e facciamo intanto servire gli antipsti. Oltre ottimi affettati artigianali , salame di pasta tenera, coppa di testa, prosciutto nostrano, ci vengono portati anche crostini alle verdure ripassate, ai fegatini , ai funghi e , sorpresa, ad un battuto di sette carni diverse cotte nel marsala, tenuto al caldo da un un fornellino per bagna cauda, da spalmare su pane e piadina caldi : antica ricetta della colazione dei norcini! Una delizia e una scoperta. Il trittico di minestre è consistito di fatto in tre porzioni di tortellini al ragù,di tagliatelle e di curzùl (cinghiette) , pasta tipica del Faentino, con il sugo che usavano i braccianti addetti alla "battitura" del grano, ormai in disuso per quanto saporitissima! Ormai decisamente satolli, ci siamo fatti tentare da un assaggio di carne in gratella, che ha confermato le aspettative nate dal profumo che si leva dall'"uròla" della cucina. Due verdure alla brace e poi siamo passati ai dolci. Straordinario, mi hanno detto, il Dolce Am Arcòrd, ma personalmente sono rimasto fedele al gusto tradizionale della Zuppa Inglese, degno finale del pranzo. Vino Merlot della casa, più che dignitoso. Il conto più che onesto, e l'idea che ci sarebbe stato anche il bollito e i cappelletti in brodo, ci hanno fatto decidere che questo luogo varrà qualche frequentazione prossima, anche per la possibilità di potersi tranquillamente inchiacchierare senza essere disturbati dalla" musica artificiale di sottofondo" che QUI è data dalle voci e le risate degli amici... Un accogliente tuffo nel gusto e nel passato. Franco

24/02/2025: Renovated place and although small, it is welcoming. We ordered a first course and gnocco and tigelle; the rosettes were good and in my friends' opinion the tagliatelle and tortellini were also good. The dumpling is good, not very greasy. The cold cuts are excellent, while the tigelle are too full of crumbs and, once cold, are hard and dull. As for the service (only 2 waiters to serve the whole room), it was too slow! We waited an hour for the first courses and another hour for the second courses... something I don't tolerate much. I'm sorry because the place has great potential. The prices are within the average.

24/02/2025: Ci siamo fermati casualmente in questo locale tornando da Modena andando verso Parma. Vista la coda in autostrada e l’orario, abbiamo cercato un locale dove fermarci. Il posto deve essere bello d’estate con la Possibilità di cenare o pranzare all’esterno. Gli interni non sono tra i più moderni. Ci siamo accomodati in uno dei tavoli , per essere domenica il posto nn era affollato, erano 3 tavoli con il nostro. Forse dovuto al Fatto che se non conosci il posto o nn cerchi su Google, nn è molto in strada. Abbiamo deciso di prendere una grigliata mista di carne. Tutto buono , Siamo Stati bene. Il prezzo forse un po’ medio alto. In due con grigliata di carne, una birra media e una piccola, una coca e due caffè spesa totale 60.

How can I not mention the menu, Very rich, frequently updated and cheap, simple and tasty dishes... Highly recommended, try it and let me know!

10/03/2025: Everything was excellent, first courses, meats and side dishes. The traditional Romagna dishes are particularly tasty. Duscreto house wine. Good service and very friendly staff. Cozy place. Good price quality. I highly recommend it. When I go to Sarsina it is a must.
