To spend a carefree day, In a pool on a hill, where you don't even have to wear a swimming cap...you'll always find music and food because it's a party!!! Fridays and Saturdays are for the younger ones...while Wednesdays are lively for the older ones, with DJs playing. Then Sunday is for everyone. And what a Sunday! One of a kind in all of Emilia: Poolside from 10:00 a.m., you can have lunch under the pergola, and from 4:00 p.m. the party kicks off with a DJ set until 8:00 p.m.

A truly unique place, partly because of the lively atmosphere, perhaps thanks to the friendly crowd and the fact that you eat under the pergola next to the pool. The staff is extremely hospitable and helpful. Excellent value for money. Overall, it's worth a visit. I should point out that I only go for lunch, but there are also themed evenings...or age groups...with an outdoor disco.

Fabulous location, same position, excellent food (also wine list) and impeccable service, kind and, fortunately, not too formal; as a musician, therefore also as a "service provider", after a little afternoon tension, I must say that we were treated very well and above average.

16/11/2025: It's been a long time since I've eaten so well! Delicious, authentically prepared dishes. I'll definitely be back.
14/11/2025: The roaring fireplace made dinner even more satisfying. "Thursday Bortellina" and so it was: I'd never eaten it before, exquisite pizza dough made with flour and fermented water, strictly fried! A delicacy, accompanied by local cured meats and typical cheeses... not to be missed. The owner/cook was extremely courteous and friendly, the trattoria is family-run... we were very satisfied. The perfect dinner for those who love simple, authentic flavors.

18/12/2025: This restaurant is insane! I've lived in the Piacenza area for 35 years, and I can finally say I've found my favorite restaurant! It's hard to describe the feeling you get when you walk into Bel Respiro. You immediately feel like you're part of their family. The food is refined and impeccable, centered around a wood-fired oven and grill, using recycled ingredients. I ate breasts for the first time, and they were a surprise. You leave the restaurant with new friends and a second family.
