18/11/2024: The place is very nice. The very kind staff. There is no wine on the menu but we had a good prosecco. However, there is a great variety of beers. The pizzas are very good. I took a gluten-free one with tomato, mozzarella and vegetables, fantastic. Absolutely worth tasting.

27/08/2024: Very nice and quiet bathroom, competent and very kind managers. Excellent service and exceptional dishes, at an affordable price. I have never eaten such a good and abundant dish of mussels and clams, compliments to the cook and the owner of the Savini bathroom, we will certainly return, highly recommended.

12/05/2025: This restaurant has now become my trusted delicatessen, the owner Alessia is always available to accommodate my every request and offers dishes that vary according to seasonality, I like it because it offers both first courses and second courses, her seitan is one of the best, try it to believe it. The desserts are also delicious, I recommend the chocolate salami! I always call to book a place so I can delight in their vegan dishes!

11/05/2025: I had the misfortune of choosing to have lunch at La Vegana (the fact that it was the only catering stand without a queue should have already opened my eyes) as part of the vegan event held on 10 and 11 May in Ferrara. The owner portioned us two single dishes which to define as poor is an understatement, justifying the fact that they had finished almost everything and offering us (verbatim) to eat the crumbs (🤦🏻‍♂️). At our first complaints she said she was tired, when we tried to return the dishes, already paid for, she said that having paid by card she couldn't return the money and adding, also verbatim: I'm fed up with customers like you. Here, I would like to repeat to the rude owner that we have been far too patient customers and that if she is tired and has no more food to sell, she can easily close, giving up the money of two ball-busting customers like us. I would add that the little food was also of poor quality: lasagna completely disconnected from the sauce, meatballs (or rather, meatball, one in number) dry and tasteless and seitan as hard as wood. See you never again, dear lady, and if you have chosen to open a business, your behavior today is definitely not appropriate

24/04/2025: Pizza molto buona, impasto leggero buoni ingredienti, noi abbiamo scelto di mangiarla lì, siamo stati benissimo, non abbiamo pagato neanche il coperto.

11/05/2025: We were passing through Ferrara and took advantage of a stop. Long weekend period so lots of people in the restaurants but luckily we managed to find a table for 4 with half an hour's notice. Very nice atmosphere both inside and outside, very kind and attentive staff. The thing that struck me positively was undoubtedly the well-organized open kitchen with freshly cooked products, even though despite being a wine shop it had a fairly limited menu in terms of choices, dishes certainly from the Ferrara tradition. The roast chicken and the cappellacci with ragù are excellent, as is the pasticcio with its salty contrast and the sweetness of the pastry. But if you allow me I would like to make a small note, I understand that it is mainly a wine shop, but a €3 cover charge and €4 water served on tap is certainly not justifiable, if it had only been for the food the price would also be acceptable, but paying €20 for 4 covers and 2 bottles of water seems a bit excessive to me. My opinion.

03/05/2025: Very clean place. Excellent Service, the girl is very kind, courteous and helpful, also attentive to the needs of a family with difficulties (child in a wheelchair). The piadinas are absolutely the best I have eaten, with a soft but consistent dough, with the right filling and with excellent quality products. Prices more than adequate. Super highly recommended.

26/04/2025: Oggi 26 aprile 2025 fuggito dalla pazza folla di Pinarella per la festa degli aquiloni, mi sono fermato a pranzo in questo ristorante sulla strada per Cesena, defilato...per fortuna. Ero con il mio camper , parcheggiato senza problemi e pranzato divinamente. Marcello il titolare ,palermitano di origine e gentilissimo con il suo staff, mi ha servito dell'ottimo pesce, porzioni buone, qualità ottima e prezzo onesto. Mi riservo di farlo presente ad un folto gruppo di amici con i quali sarò a Pinarella di Cervia per una settimana di fine Agosto p.v. Bravo!

22/04/2025: Nel complesso un buon ristorante, buone portate ma a mio avviso a prezzi leggermente eccessivi...per quel che è la posizione e la location (nonostante sia stata piacevolmente e recentemente ristrutturata).

26/04/2025: I went for lunch in this wonderful restaurant and I must say that it is really welcoming, there is clean, welcoming and hospitable service, a quiet and calm atmosphere, excellent food, much appreciated, both the pizza and the fish, all delicious.

20/04/2025: Arrivati dopo la visita alla Rocca di Montechiarugolo, ci hanno consigliato questo ristorante. Abbiamo preso tutti la pizza: molto fine la pasta ,ma con abbondanti ingredienti sopra.Ottimi anche i dolci. Ambiente elegante, personale gentile.

22/12/2024: We went today for lunch to get take-away food, phenomenal mushroom scallops, very tender and tasty, with excellent accompanying vegetables, tenderina, a delicious treat for the holidays, phenomenal staff.

29/10/2024: I like the food, it tastes very nice, you can feel that it's handmade, the bistro is pretty much eco-friendly. The service in nice and always smiling. Even though it doesn't really have any decorations or isn't really fancy doesn't change the fact that everything was very nice, even the prices are low and the menu is changing every day so you never get bored of food, there are many options like pasta, some poke, sausages and a lot of other options, I'm sure you can find even some vegan options. Overall deserves 5 stars for food service and the atmosphere shouldn't be rated low because it's a bistro anyway

27/04/2025: You enter the door of this hotel and essentially enter a new dimension, rewinding the tape of the world by at least 60/70 years. The furnishings and the entire environment are unique thanks to the thoughtful presence of the owner Francesca who decided to keep and manage this family hotel alone! They are those places where you feel more than at home, where breakfast is genuine and delicious, where you know stories and the owner exists and is not just a box or a password. Long live the Hotel del Ponte!
