I visited this seaside seafood restaurant with high expectations, which were unfortunately disappointed. The quality of the food was rather poor: poorly prepared dishes, dull flavors, and fish that didn't seem particularly fresh. The seaside location is undoubtedly its strong point, but that alone isn't enough to make up for the disappointing cuisine and unrelaxing atmosphere.

The food is plentiful and delicious. The prices are fair for the quality of the fresh fish. It's a very large and crowded place, so it can be noisy.

For several years now, we've been booking dinner at this restaurant whenever we return to Riccione. The food is truly delicious, and despite it being always busy, the service is fast. I highly recommend it.

The air smells of sea salt and sautéed garlic, that typical aroma that wafts from the Riccione seafront into your lungs. As soon as you step inside, the light is the vibrant one of the large Romagna dining rooms: a constant buzz reminiscent of the white noise of the waves, interrupted by the rhythmic clinking of cutlery and glasses. You're not looking for a whisper here, but rather rhythm. It's a choral film set, a mass scene where the waiters move like expert extras in a never-ending sequence shot. Passo Avanti: The menu flexibility. It's rare to find a restaurant this size that doesn't impose a fixed menu on the entire table. The service deserves a special mention: fast, flawless, and with that Romagna courtesy that makes you feel right at home despite the crowds. Mezzo Passo: The quality-price ratio. We're not talking about cheap fare, but the quality stands up to the price tag. It's a "fair" price for the location and the offerings, while still remaining in the mid-to-high range of the area. Passo Fermo: Intimacy. If you're looking for a corner table for a whispered marriage proposal, you're in the wrong place. The structure is imposing and designed for large numbers; the acoustic reverberation is an inevitable companion during dinner. Parking: A sore point. There is a small paid parking area (parking disc/ticket) nearby, but on summer weekends or holidays, be prepared for an urban treasure hunt. Accessibility: Excellent. The spaces are spacious, and wheelchairs and strollers are easily accessible thanks to the generous size of the restaurant. Child Management: Definitely family-friendly. The speed of service prevents tantrums while waiting, and the noisy atmosphere perfectly masks small disturbances. Location: Strategic. Directly on the Viale D'Annunzio promenade, perfect for an after-dinner digestif with a sea view. Is it worth the step? Yes, come on in.

The restaurant's layout has recently been renovated, and the already excellent cuisine has also benefited. The setting is elegant yet informal. The dishes are exquisite. Highly recommended.

Last night we noticed a lot of confusion regarding the service. Both at our table and at others around us, the dishes arrived unmatched... It means one person was eating while the other was watching... for at least 15 minutes. If two people come to a restaurant, I'd like to eat with the other person. Also, the pizza that arrived first was completely cold. So much confusion. We've been back twice this week. One pizza night...very good. And one fish night, equally good. The grilled food was very good, although very small, compared to the one at the next table, where the portions were significantly larger (a piece of monkfish, not available at mine, and red mullet that was at least three times the size). I understand that the next table's dish was delayed due to a mix-up, but since it's right next door, it's inevitable not to make a comparison. Elegant but not ostentatious. Fast, professional, and attentive service. The dishes arrived quickly. Excellent fish, both the mussels and the grilled ones, well cooked and with a good variety. You leave satisfied. Tomorrow evening we'll try the pizza, which looks great.
