06/11/2025: Good, but a bit too much confusion between the register and the counter. A little reorganization and they can get back to the top.

29/10/2025: Tried it for breakfast. The pastries were good overall, especially the friendly staff, but there are better quality options in Parma. The creamy zabaglione cannoncino was too thick for my taste (it tasted like mousse) and too sweet. Prices were higher than average.

16/12/2025: beautiful place & vibe, good food, friendly & fast service from a lovely blue-haired waiter…until a group of 8 semi-important-looking young italian people walk in and you wait in vain for almost 30 mins for an espresso and the bill while your kids are falling asleep at the table…initially enchanting, later disappointing, we won’t be returning. what hurt me most was that i had urged my wife & kids to order more food and drink to support this virtually empty restaurant during the off-season, only to have the manager walk away from me without a word after i pressed ok on the credit card machine at the bar, leaving me wondering whether the transaction had gone through (and whether i was stupid to reluctantly leave EUR 13 tip) or not. the now tight-lipped blue-haired waiter confirmed it had. i conclude that this is a place for posh locals, not tourists.

29/09/2025: A beautiful, welcoming, and characterful atmosphere. The dishes are well-prepared and beautifully plated. The crab and cabbage tapas were very enjoyable, as were the scallop tapas and the octopus and Taggiasca olive tapas. The fried shrimp were a complete no-no. The service was a bit too present. The blue-haired waiter was kind and thorough, while the tall, dark-haired waiter was less pleasant. Both were professional. The portions were small for the tapas. The bill was a bit out of line for the dinner. In any case, a pleasant place worth trying at least once.

15/11/2025: I stop there a few times for a night break. The place is complete, from sushi to an Italian restaurant and a really good pizzeria. The only flaw is that the square is a bit broken and dark.

12/11/2025: It's always a pleasure to stop here when I happen to be passing through on my way to Bologna, because even if you don't know what to eat, you still have three different types of restaurants within the same restaurant. And I have to say, I found both the restaurant and the sushi very good. I'll be back.

14/11/2025: The place is casual, bright, and clean. The bartender/waitress is friendly and, above all, skilled. The food is excellent.

28/10/2025: There's nothing to say; for me, the pasta is the best in the area. A little thick, soft, and very digestible. Classic and non-classic fillings. Call ahead if you want takeout or have special requests. It saves time. On Marco's advice, I've also started freezing them. The quality remains virtually unchanged. Some may think it's sacrilegious, but it's a great solution for me, as I don't live in the area and stock up when I pass by.

30/06/2025: We saw the place from the road while riding a motorbike and immediately stopped. Excellent piadina, fair prices, very kind owner, tables in the shade. Highly recommended

21/05/2025: Nice little busy coffee shop. Very friendly owner and staff. Good selection of sweet and savory snacks. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating available. This place is very popular among students from the nearby technical school.

04/12/2025: On this glorious day in the year of grace 2025, I, Sir Ludovico de Téléton, knight of high lineage and taster to the king, rode to the house called Serra Sole, in the city of Trebbo di Bologna, and was received there with the reverence due to my rank and noble person. Before my mouth had touched the food, I gazed upon the surrounding countryside: hills golden under the sun, orchards and fertile lands, and the gentle breeze carrying the scent of the land, promising a feast worthy of the finest tables. With keen eyes, I observed the gestures of the servants and the manner in which the dishes were arranged, for no one should judge a banquet without knowing its artistry and worth. I laid my hands on the tortellini, tasted them, inhaled their aromas, and all the mysteries of their flavors were revealed to my senses. Each bite, subtle and refined, testified to the virtuosity of the artisans and the grandeur of the land, worthy of praise for His Majesty. Praise be to Serra Sole and the splendor of the Trebbo lands! May every knight, nobleman, or ambassador passing through these places pause, contemplate, and taste, for no dish could better honor the land and the dignity of a lord of my rank.

29/10/2025: I've rarely had such delicious pizza! And the service is super hospitable, friendly, and cheerful...and for dessert, definitely try the homemade tiramisu!!!! You can't leave without it.

02/11/2025: We ate very well, featuring classic Emilian and seasonal dishes. The truffle risotto and the ganassino with polenta were excellent.

08/12/2025: I stayed at this villa inside the Centergross complex...a place that's perfect for group lunches (or dinners) thanks to its two large dining rooms...I dined from a pre-arranged menu...very good. Friendly staff. Fair prices.
