I had the Neapolitan pizza, which was delicious (so good I forgot to take a picture 😅). The tiramisu was very average; you can find better ones nearby. The restaurant might attract seafood lovers; there's an extensive menu, and they even (I think) have live fish on site, but that's not a confirmation. The staff is friendly if they approach you, although they have to approach you, and that's a mixed bag 😅. Overall, I recommend it.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Regina Sofia Ristorante! The rooms were fantastic, the service was impeccable, and the location was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

I don't know what the food is like, but I went last night because I needed some bottled water, and the staff was incredibly kind, and the place was noticeably clean. It's a shame I didn't have more time in Bologna because I definitely would have eaten there!

Authentic Neapolitan pizza! 12/10, highly recommended. The tiramisu is also heavenly. Everything is freshly prepared. The service is very friendly, welcoming, and fast.

Located in the heart of Bologna I have been to Regina Sofia a few times. The food is excellent and the atmosphere there is very pleasant and quiet. The staff is very friendly and the service is very fast

13/04/2026: Beautiful atmosphere and old-fashioned courtesy. This bar stands out for its kind staff and attention to detail. Honorable mention for the macchiato: the milk foam is thick and delicious. Excellent quality and plenty of choice. The perfect place to start your day off right.

29/05/2026: I organized a corporate event at the venue, and we were all very happy! Laura was extremely kind and helpful throughout the planning process before and during the event. Good food, a lovely atmosphere with dinner by the pool, and the entire staff was courteous. Recommended!
