Surprising flavors, but with a homely warmth.
A very cute and picturesque place; it's small, but that's also why it's so beautiful.
28/02/2026: This restaurant is a slice of Japan in Bologna. The intimate and informal atmosphere is perfect for a true Japanese meal. I recommend the katsu carry, takoyaki, and matcha cheesecake.

05/11/2025: This is a truly lovely restaurant not to be missed. The people running it clearly enjoy it, and they know how to convey that joy to their customers. Because the dishes are small and reasonably priced, you can choose from a variety of delicious combinations without breaking the bank. The wine selection is enormous, and you get excellent help choosing very affordable bottles. We had a wonderful time!

27/02/2026: Exceptional food at prices you don't see anywhere else anymore.
03/01/2026: We stopped for lunch and it was a wonderful discovery! The crostini with chicken livers, porcini mushrooms, and truffles were delicious, and the truffle was real truffle! For our first course, we had pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, lasagna with truffles, pappardelle with wild boar, and cappelletti in broth: all truly delicious.
We couldn't help but finish with excellent coffee and homemade desserts (all homemade!).
For five of us, with two bottles of water and a half of wine, it was €21 each!
The waitress was friendly and very helpful.

17/03/2026: Very nice place, shame about the somewhat cold and unfriendly management. Two of us arrived to an empty place, and we were forced to sit at a cramped and uncomfortable table. Otherwise, we left, which we obviously did. We consumed a lot, but they struggled to say goodbye when we left. I don't know. I'll answer you. Last night, Monday, March 16th, around 9 PM. I repeat, a little more friendliness never hurts. I understand that maybe two fifty-year-olds aren't your target, but I think I was kind and didn't get the same attitude back. Anyway, good beers and sandwiches.
03/03/2026: Quality beers, good food in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. An excellent choice for an evening with friends or an aperitif.

11/01/2026: Everything was top notch, including the price. On Saturday, January 10, 2026, 10:03 AM, they charged me €1.90 for a cappuccino (not soy). Except that when I left, I didn't see the Milan Cathedral. As of this review, the average price is between €1.50 and €1.70. PS: We're talking about a little milk and coffee.

21/02/2026: Fabulous! We had dinner at Sabino's the night before Valentine's Day because we love the quiet. It was an unforgettable dinner. I also ate raw fish, having always been reticent about it.
The flavors, the combinations, the presentation of the dishes, the details of the place, and above all, Sabino's hospitality and professionalism make this restaurant unique.
You feel pampered from start to finish, with great warmth and friendliness.
We are so happy with this discovery. We will be back with great pleasure 😊

06/01/2026: I found the atmosphere welcoming, the service excellent, and the food excellent. You can have a good chat with the owner, Mirco. It's worth stopping by for lunch every now and then, especially since by booking a day in advance, you can enjoy dishes you don't often find, like grilled eel and/or stewed or fried frogs.

Light and easily digestible dough, quality ingredients, and a wide selection of flavors. My favorite is still the Liliace, I've never found it so unique!
Clean atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff.
I'm from Modena but I always love coming here, even though it's a bit far away!
Highly recommended!!

07/03/2026: Three of us had dinner this evening. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the location very quaint. The food was very good, the service was super friendly... it's a shame there were perhaps a few staff members for the number of tables they had to cover, so service was a bit slow when the place was full. Aside from that small complaint, we had a great time and will definitely be back.
