14/07/2024: We arrived into Parma very late due to cancelled trains and found Piano A straight away because it was close to our accommodation. We were a little worried they had stopped service because it was late but they were more than happy to accommodate us. The staff came out to speak to us and were very welcoming, the food was delicious as was the wine, if we were staying in Parma longer we would definitely have returned for more of the Tortelli de erbetta.

I went for lunch, there are also some dishes available that are normally only available in the evening in other places. The fish seemed fresh and good, and the flavor too! I absolutely recommend, I come to these areas twice a year and now I know where to stop every time!

07/12/2024: I reluctantly give two stars to this restaurant, because the potential on the food is high, the dishes are good, the food is fresh and the fish is fresh, unfortunately this is ruined entirely by the service, that is, I stand corrected and I am not talking about the youngest girl who she is very kind, but the older one because she is grumpy and treats you rudely almost as if it were a favor that I was doing her to eat there, let's start from the assumption that I pay and that the restaurant is all you can eat, that is, almost food everything unlimited, we booked on Saturday and she told us that they were full when previously on the phone they had confirmed a table for two and with rude tones she made us wait at the entrance, in addition to this every time the order exceeds a certain number of dishes She he looks at you badly and makes you weigh it, bringing up senseless things, such as that special dishes can be ordered no more than twice each person without even having looked at the order, or he asks you if we are sure that the things we have written we want to take what we can even staying but the tone he uses and the way he looks at you makes you think otherwise, he uses unkind and unelegant terms, it wasn't long before I picked up my heels and left on Saturday and I'm so sorry I repeat because we've already been there before times in this place and the dishes and dishes as I said are really good. It's really a shame, I don't know how their people are used to in China but here in Italy people return to a restaurant even when there is good manners and an extra smile from the staff, it's not enough to know how to cook because they know how to do this in many, and we customers are not numbers. I repeat, it's a shame they lost two customers and probably many friends who we would have brought them because we are local.

A questo si aggiunge dell'ottimo cibo e dell'ottimo vino un servizio all'altezza e un altrettanto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ringraziamo poi Marzia per averci consigliato un vino strepitoso...che dire di più? Ottimo
