20/10/2025: Warm and welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service. Perusing the menu, I decided to skip the appetizer and go straight to the first and second courses. I wanted to forgo dessert, but I couldn't. Everything was delicious, beyond my wildest expectations. Congratulations!!!

19/10/2025: We went to dinner once and loved it so much that we came back the next day. The food was delicious, the prices were good, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. 100% recommended, with lots of vegetarian options.

19/10/2025: Well, after almost 10 years of being in Siena and it becoming almost a regular stop, I can say that this restaurant has never disappointed me! The meat is excellent, like the rest of the menu, and the wine list features a good selection of local wines of various types. 🍷🥩😍

06/11/2025: What can I say... a gem in Tuscany. Small but beautiful. They still cook real food here!! Beautiful ingredients and very original! The poached egg appetizer was excellent. Then, homemade parpadelle with wild boar stew. Ricotta tart with figs!! It was all delicious. The service was very pleasant and extremely friendly. This is what you go to Italy for.

06/11/2025: Chosen at random after a trek, it was a pleasant surprise. Seasonal ingredients showcased well, portions were just right, and the first courses were generous. Plus, they even seated us even though it was past 2:30 PM. Highly recommended!

26/11/2025: One of Lucca's oldest and most highly regarded restaurants. The "Osteria a S. Antonio" was mentioned in a document from 1782 and the current Buca di Sant'Antonio is listed in the Michelin Guide. The food is great (chef was amazing), service is top notch (but also friendly & fun), and atmosphere is old-world homey (especially if home is full of copper pots/pans, antiques, and brass instruments).

21/09/2025: Typical Tuscan menu. The lamb was super tender. The chef-made desserts were truly excellent. Everything was good, and the decor was a great choice: * The front terrace = typical Italian village. * The back table overlooking the majestic Tuscan landscape.

26/10/2025: A charming little hideaway. I took my boyfriend for his birthday dinner. It was a perfect place, perfect for intimate moments and relaxation, with wonderful retro music. Very suitable for intimate evenings and with friends, and (in my personal opinion) it's perfect. Interior: very Alice in Wonderland, it transports you a little bit into fairy tales, with tables not too close to each other, light French-flavored music, a truly relaxing, romantic and autumnal atmosphere. I find the decor very interesting, it takes you back in time and a little bit to children, with the large central house and candlelight. Food: excellent, I had one appetizer (several courses as pictured), one first course, two second courses, and two desserts. The ricotta gnocchi and meat are fabulous, the octopus and chard are also excellent, the bread is varied, and the dessert is fantastic. Try the lemon-infused panna cotta and the chocolate cake, both amazing. Well-appointed table, simple and autumnal table setting, GOOD WINE SELECTION. Staff: very attentive and not intrusive; in fact, a young man who does his job well and is attentive. The lady who offered us a fabulous glass of Vermont herb wine after a tasting was very kind and lovely. Spent 96 euros for two, and we'd love to repeat the experience. We even thanked the chefs. WORTHY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR A ROMANTIC EVENING 🌹 OR WITH CLOSE FRIENDS ☺️

09/11/2025: Simple but welcoming atmosphere, good fish and meat dishes, excellent Catalan cuisine, fair prices. Friendly, fast, and attentive service.

11/12/2025: Located in the amazing courtyards of Santo Spirito. Must have reservation but the staff/team was super efficient and accommodating. The gnocchi, which there are known for, was super creamy and tasty! Great goat cheese appetizer. Seemed to attract all the English speakers of the city so definitely a change from other restaurants but didn’t take away from atmosphere and delicious food!

09/12/2025: Piazza Santo Spirito is a special place, a bit removed from the mass tourism found on the other side of the Arno. The osteria perfectly embodies the spirit of the area. The traditional menu leaves no room for exceptions: thank you so much for including tagliatelle (and not spaghetti) with meat sauce! All the dishes were exquisite, the staff was extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The quality/price ratio was very fair. What can I say... congratulations! We will gladly return.
