14/08/2024: Trattoria in the center of Florence, just 3 minutes walk from the Uffizi gallery. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy environment.
Average prices. We had spaghetti carbonara, pici cacio e pepe, pici all'aglione (spectacular!) Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, very good Fiorentina with courgette flowers and chips and exceptional home made cheesecake.
I absolutely recommend.
The drinks are just a little expensive.

Family-run farmhouse.
Reachable from Alberese on foot via the cycle path.
Excellent quality of ingredients and dishes offered.
You spend a little more than others in the area but it's worth it!
When it was time to pay the lady gave us a small mouthful of honey produced by them!
Highly recommended!!!

16/08/2024: A wonderful Tuscan meal, what a surprise in such a touristy place! We ordered papardelle with truffle, pici with wild boar, pico with black cabbage and onion and pici with saffron and leeks, delicious authentic Tuscan cuisine and great service, very attentive to everything. I found homemade pannacotta with strawberries, it couldn't be better! And with air conditioning, something that is scarce despite the 35º temperatures in August.

03/07/2024: Wir waren zweimal zum Abendessen da. Tolle typische Landesküche, gemütliches Lokal, guter Wein. Es gibt hier auch die Spezialität der Gegend Versilia - Tordelli - sollte man unbedingt probieren.

19/07/2024: We ate at Vivenz on a Saturday evening and were positively impressed by both the food and the approach used. We ordered two small and two raw menus, leaving the order open in case it was necessary to add anything else (we completed it with a portion of cod creamed with polenta and turbot with vegetables). Excellent food, generous portions (in the end we didn't even have dessert ☺️) reasonable price considering the type of dishes offered. We'll be back.

23/08/2024: Osteria in the heart of Florence a stone's throw from the Duomo. Entrance not particularly flashy. Expertly furnished and welcoming rooms. Menu with the right number of dishes. Pay attention to the really interesting dishes of the day. Professional service and very attentive to customer needs. Excellent wine list. Low average price.

30/07/2024: When you go to a tavern... you go to a tavern... and here you don't joke... then a traditional place, seats a little sacrificed, kind and friendly service but you have to take it calmly. As for the cuisine, however, really good traditional dishes!!! Steak, ribollita, pappacolpomodoro, homemade desserts and much more all made by them and really really good, decidedly generous portions! ... if you want a proper Florentine steak, you won't be disappointed!!! Highly recommended

22/08/2024: In one of the squares I love most there is still a place where you can eat well without being fleeced. Excellent raw materials, always different menu of the day and a relaxed and well-served environment, very different even from places just around the corner. Luckily there is a Vineria in Piazza Vettovaglie, keep it up!
