We stopped here for lunch whilst exploring Siena and had a great meal in the alley outside of the restaurant. We tried the cheese tarte as an appetizer and the ossobucco and pork pan as a main dish and everything was excellent.

We discovered this restaurant by chance on our tour and we were not disappointed. An English menu is available upon request. Nevertheless, always have Google Translator at hand. We had Ribollita alla senese, Pici all'Aglione and “Peposo” del Brunelleschi. We enjoyed everything wonderfully and the service was always courteous and helpful. Here you can spend a lovely evening in an atmospheric ambience. Arrive early or make a reservation.
What we didn't like: A 10% service charge was included on the bill, which a good restaurant can point out in advance.

Nice place and unlike other options in the city, this one has a more refined atmosphere. However, their prices are not much higher than homes with a simpler environment.
The food is very well prepared and the service provided by Ângela was special.
It's definitely worth the visit.

ottimo servizio, ottimi piatti, location perfetta per Siena. Prezzi assolutamente in linea col livello del locale.
Metterei più in evidenza il 10% del servizio, io non me l'aspettavo.

I can highly recommend the veal stew which was extremely tasty. The Ghanaian waitress was very helpful and provided excellent service. Tables are a little close together and not a great experience staring at coats during a meal.
