23/07/2025: Che dire!?!? Terza volta in questo posto e terza volta dove vivo una vera e propria esperienza! Cibo delizioso per non dire ottimo. Ma da evidenziare come vengono raccontati i vini, a tratti emozionante!

16/07/2025: I haven't been there yet. I read the menu, but it seems like sorbets are missing from the desserts. Those are very popular. Could you consider adding them? Thanks.

14/07/2025: Very good regional food, delicious pasta, quiet neighborhood close to the city center, and very friendly service, especially from the Polish lady. I recommend it.

13/07/2025: A unique restaurant in the heart of Siena! 🇮🇹🇵🇱 Definitely one of our most enjoyable culinary experiences in Italy! We stumbled upon this place by chance and immediately felt at home – thanks in large part to the lovely Polish waitress, who not only advised us on the dishes but also ensured a relaxed atmosphere. For us, as Poles, this was a truly pleasant surprise. The food was delicious – classic Tuscan cuisine at its finest. The service was professional, yet warm and welcoming, and the place was cozy and very atmospheric. Thank you! We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone – regardless of nationality, but especially to Poles 😉

18/07/2025: In lista da provare da tempo, e finalmente ci siamo stati… ma che gran bella sorpresa!!! Ambiente accogliente e personale tra il migliore che abbia visto negli ultimi anni! Preparati, cordiali, professionali ma amichevoli. Un piacere vedere giovani che sanno fare questo mestiere! I piatti del menu estivo sono semplici ma per niente banali, sapori e abbinamenti che fanno esplodere le papille gustative! La cheesecake salata tra gli antipasti era commovente!!! Tortelloni spaziali e tagliata tenerissima! Il petto d’anatra è stata una meravigliosa scoperta! Non vedo l’ora di tornarci per assaggiare anche gli altri piatti. Bravi ragazzi! Continuate a mantenere la qualità del menù e del servizio così, e ne farete di strada!!!

05/08/2025: Service not friendly. Although ordered as one of the first customers, food came very late. Part of the order was missing. Missing part was still on the bill, but was then removed when we mentioned it. To conclude on a positive note : the taste of what we got was good.

18/08/2025: Went so many months ago, in April, but today I was talking with a friend about my last trip to Florence and suddenly I remembered that I didn’t post this review and definitely I owed it, specially to Davide, who was the kindest and the most attentive waiter. Coquinarius is such an amazing place, exquisite food and even better personal. We went for my dad’s birthday and we stayed there for three days more and we had our table booked for every single day. Favourite place in Florence, can’t recommend it more! Hugs and kisses from Spain!!

11/08/2025: Incredible expérience! Great food, beautiful presentation, fresh ingredients, good variety on the menu. The waitor was nice and very helpful. Music and light were perfect. We really enjoyed our night! :) would definitely recommend !

14/07/2025: Here I ate the best porcini mushrooms of my life. Everything was delicious. You dine surrounded by the magical atmosphere of Siena. The friendly and welcoming waiters add an extra touch. I'll definitely be back.

29/06/2025: Very kind staff, even helped me to eat well gluten free. The eggplant dish is the best meal I have eaten after 10 days in Tuscany. Highly recommend.

18/08/2025: In a very busy day they welcomed us with kindness without having a reservation. This is a place you can eat like a true local. The white ragu was incredible and the millefollie the best ever!

16/08/2025: Very good food, slightly above-average prices, and a bit slow service. We ordered gnocchi with tomato and stracciatella (poor), but the wild boar was very, very good.

18/07/2025: Simple and welcoming place. Excellent ingredients. The staff (the owner first and foremost) were incredibly friendly and welcoming, so much so that we went twice during our week-long vacation in the area. The price was fair.

28/07/2025: Populært sted for en grunn, må reservere bord. Opplevde likevel å få maten raskt. Utsøkt Ravioli med trøffel og gnocci med gorgenzoøa og trøffel. Caprese og Gresk salat også godt. Rask og hjelpsomt personale. Hyggelig atmosfære. Anbefales på det varmeste!

28/07/2025: Locale bellissimo. Siamo stati in questo locale e ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. L’ambiente è molto bello, curato nei dettagli, elegante ma allo stesso tempo accogliente, con un’atmosfera calda e piacevole. Il cibo è di ottima qualità, preparato con ingredienti freschi e servito con grande cura. Le porzioni sono abbondanti e ben presentate, il che rende l’esperienza ancora più soddisfacente. Un posto dove tornare sicuramente e che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca una combinazione perfetta tra gusto, qualità e ambiente raffinato e piatti eccezionali

21/08/2025: We've been to this family-run restaurant several times and can't recommend it highly enough! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Owners Maurizio and Elisa are delightful and truly convey the passion they put into their work. The food is truly delicious, with attention to every detail. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant evening.

15/08/2025: The first time we approached, we were very rudely told it was late, 10 p.m. Today, the outdoor space was empty, and we were told they had no tables. Too bad that after 2 hours, those tables were still empty. Rude, I'll never approach you again!

22/07/2025: A genuine, homey place surrounded by greenery. A local favorite. A restaurant where you know what you're eating and can be sure you'll eat well. The menu features Tuscan antipasto with quality cured meats, a variety of pasta (I recommend the pappardelle) with wild boar, duck, or ragù sauces, and the unmissable fried chicken and rabbit, as well as sliced steaks and mixed grills. The only downside is the wine, which isn't excellent. Price per person for three courses is around €30. I'd say this place is highly recommended.

19/07/2025: A lovely rustic restaurant, excellent Tuscan appetizer with piping hot fried coccoli, delicious. The tagliata was perfect, and the fries were light and generous! There wasn't room for dessert; everything was delicious!

04/08/2025: In 3 persone abbiamo provato gran parte dei piatti nella carta, erano tutti eseguiti con cura e attenzione ai sapori. Elementi del territorio, senza inutili fronzoli ma con grande ricerca del sapore e della freschezza delle pietanze. Abbiamo mangiato all’aperto molto piacevolmente. Non accettano grandi gruppi, la carta cambia quasi settimanalmente. Una scoperta casuale e una bellissima sorpresa

24/07/2025: "Time, love, and hunger" find worthy attention in this small, simple, all-Italian gem. Three tables, perhaps ten seats. Soft lighting, a few candles, wood. There are three of them running it, too. Four expert hands in the kitchen, two in the dining room. Egg, pecorino mousse, garlic sauce, drops of seafood here and there. Fusilloni with cavolo nero pesto, lemon scent, and bean sauce... two glasses of Chianti. No further frills are needed. And they know it... they're young, they cook with passion, they dare.

16/07/2025: We were two people dining here, as clearly shown on the receipt (2 coffees, 2 glasses of wine, 2 main courses). However, we were unfairly charged 5x coperto (€12.50), instead of 2, as listed in the menu (€2.50 per person). This is misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to overcharge tourists. The service was indifferent and impersonal — no smile, no warmth, just going through the motions. That said, the food itself was tasty and well-prepared. If the staff believe they can scam tourists once and never see them again, they are mistaken. We've been to Pistoia many times and we always come back — but experiences like this will influence our choices in the future.

25/06/2025: Our favorite place to eat good food in front of a good bottle. The cuisine is Tuscan, with typical dishes and seasonal menus. Everything very fresh, good choice of wines. Very kind and helpful service without affectation. I highly recommend it.
