19/11/2025: I would like to warmly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Siena. The food is amazing, and the service is very friendly and professional (both for locals and tourists). What's more, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and taste offered. In addition, the interior design is very nice. The concentrated flavor of Tuscany, great olive oil, a great Florentine steak, and wonderful wine from their own vineyard. If you want to eat in Siena, this place cannot be missing from your list! 18/11/2025: My family and I went there for a tasting evening, "among the villages and wineries of Tuscany." Each dish had its own pairing, brought from a local winery. Everything was delicious, we'll definitely be back.

06/12/2025: The risotto was tastier than it looked, and I recommend eating the T-bone steak with the risotto. The T-bone steak should be cooked medium well. I also recommend the tomato gnocchi over the truffle gnocchi.

21/10/2025: The place is really beautiful. The food prices are not expensive, but the service is poor. We waited almost 20 minutes for the waiter, and the same happened when we asked for the bill. The waiting time for the food was the longest in the region. I ordered Peposo a typical Tuscan dish, but it had too much black pepper. The mashed potatoes were not consistent. I don’t recommend.

18/11/2025: It's a bit of a climb to get there, but the interior is beautiful. The staff is friendly, the food is good. We ate fish, and the price was fair.

25/10/2025: I have been going to Castiglione della Pescaia for 4 years now, and every year, I go to the Fortezza for dinner, they make spectacular crab meat gnocchi, fabulous cod, without excluding the rest of the menu, truly good.

15/11/2025: I discovered this restaurant as a university student, and since then I've been going there every time I return to Pisa. Over time, it has evolved from a student bar to a more refined restaurant, but it still retains its charm. The food has evolved, but it's still excellent and always rooted in local cuisine. I've been coming back for years, and it never disappoints. Excellent service. Excellent location in the heart of the historic center.

29/10/2025: A magnificent experience, from the food to the service. A charming place. The dishes were very good and unique, with flavors that both I and my family enjoyed. The service was wonderful, the waiter was kind and helpful, and, above all, always smiling—a quality I really appreciate for making the entire experience more enjoyable. Prices were in line with the city and reasonable for the delicacies we ate. I will definitely be back.

29/11/2025: Degli Archi Restaurant was a wonderful discovery. The warm, bohemian atmosphere, rich in detail, creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent: carefully crafted dishes, full flavors, and quality ingredients, with that elegant simplicity that truly enhances Tuscan tradition. The only flaw: the somewhat long wait. The owner, a truly kind and welcoming person, explained to us that this is partly due to the chef's choice to prepare only express dishes, without shortcuts. And indeed, the wait is worth it: each course arrives fresh, authentic, and perfectly balanced. A restaurant with personality, warmth, and high-quality cuisine. An absolutely worthwhile stop in Montepulciano; we'll definitely be back!

12/10/2025: Welcoming and well-organized location. On a sunny day like the one we just had, it's a worthwhile place, nestled in a totally relaxing square. The service was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The food was excellent! We each ordered various dishes, which we then sampled... Really good!!! Portions were decent. The price tends to be high for the simplicity of the dish itself... But it's still worth it. The Florentine steak was wonderful!!! You can't miss it. I recommend it! Excellent place

08/11/2025: Food is very good however several tables which were seated after us got served before us leading to a ridiculous waiting time of around 30 to 45 minutes. Disappointed with the service as ruined the whole atmosphere of the evening. Although a small discount was provided, the experience was still disappointing.

06/11/2025: If we could give more than 5 stars, we gladly would! We tried several restaurants in the area, and this was clearly the best. Everything was excellent: traditional dishes, very original and seasonal, with all the flavors on the plate harmonizing perfectly. The same goes for dessert—the persimmon cheesecake was a delightful surprise! Many thanks again to the two servers who were absolutely lovely, and a special mention for recommending a digestif that perfectly complemented our dessert, contrary to the one we had originally chosen. In short, from the welcome to the meal, including the calm atmosphere accompanied by a few piano notes from Erik Satie and Frédérick Chopin, go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed!

02/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant a month ago. The atmosphere was lovely. The menu was extensive and appealing. The tagliatelle with wild boar ragù and the wild boar cacciatore were very good. The desserts were also delicious, all homemade. The service was a little disorganized, but that's okay!

The atmosphere was great 👍 The swordfish carpaccio, paired with salad greens, fresh fennel, and pink grapefruit, was exquisite — the peppercorns added a delightful burst of flavor with each bite. The main course, Millefoglie di Cecina, a refined tower of codfish layered with chickpeas, spinach, and a velvety purple cabbage purée, proved to be another remarkable surprise The beef tenderloin, paired with foie gras, created a perfect harmony of flavors on the palate

19/10/2025: I came into this place following the 4.6 reviews. Unfortunately, I ordered the 20€ steak, that i spit half of it. It was chewy and full of ligaments! The service was great, salad decent, house wine was good, but the steak not eatable!
