08/04/2026: A Naples guide recommended Diego's in Piazzetta Ascensione in the Chiaia neighborhood, where we're staying. The guide recommended it, and I have to say he was right: run by friendly and enthusiastic young people, they let us eat on the outdoor terrace right in the square. Fresh food—we were told the menu changes daily depending on the catch—excellent plating and top-quality, with unique desserts. Definitely a place to try.

08/04/2026: Insanely good fish. We tried all the dishes in the menu and they were all spectacular. Diego, the owner-chef, is a genius. I seriously doubt you have ever eaten fish as good as Diego’s. It’s that good and I am not overselling it.

08/04/2026: I had lunch in a magical place, yet one full of authenticity. The location was elegant yet understated, the cuisine sublime, with dishes that had an authentic, unconventional flavor. The service was professional yet discreet, and above all, cheerful. The owner, Alessandro, was a wonderful, attentive, and knowledgeable man who knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't discovered it yet.

23/12/2025: At first glance, I was a bit shocked: "But should I eat outside in the rain?" I tell you, it's wonderful to eat outside, and who knows how inside? The pizza was truly delicious, and the fried foods are beyond reproach! Congratulations, guys! We also have an Italian restaurant in Romania, Resataurant Lacul Fermecat, so we understand a little bit too!

31/03/2026: This place is amazing! The food was wonderful and the people are very kind. The first time we came in with no reservation, and were offered a drink and a seat outside to wait for a table. We truly enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the experience. Thank you! Note: you have to go up some steps to reach them :)

16/04/2026: We dined as a family at this restaurant : the food was good, but the wait of over an hour before being served really spoiled the experience. We understand that charging for bread is normal in Italy, but given the delay and despite the staff’s apologies due to being short-staffed, a small commercial gesture would have been appreciated. Overall, it leaves a rather mixed impression.

09/10/2025: Brilliant meal here, recommended by our hotel and it was so good. We had an amazing pizza and the gnocchi sorrentina was fantastic. Prices were good and a good price range for wines.

07/10/2025: There food and service were amazing! The staff were attentive without being intrusive and the owner visited among the tables. We shared 5 dishes among 3 people. I finished with the Nutella tiramisu which is the best I’ve had in my week long visit to Italy. We were so hungry we didn’t take pictures but everything was presented well and the tiramisu s was a work of art!

16/04/2026: My husband found this place while doing research on local craft beer. We have been there almost every day during our stay in Naples. They have great food, great music, great ambiance, great craft beer and cocktails. Must drop by place in Naples.

20/04/2026: A truly wonderful traditional Italian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors, the service was impeccable so kind, attentive, and always with a smile even though they didn’t speak good English, we felt surrounded by warmth and genuine hospitality. Definitely a place I would visit again! P.S. I was wearing a white outfit, and the sweet lady there rushed to cover me with a bib and a napkin so I wouldn’t get stained, just like my mom or grandma would do! Such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch.

12/04/2026: What a lovely surprise, a truly Neapolitan trattoria! To understand the name: "'a tiàna" means "the pan or frying pan" in Neapolitan, and you immediately understand it when the dishes arrive, as you can see from the photos. Imma's welcome and kindness are fantastic; I felt right at home. We ordered the famous ziti alla genovese, which is definitely worth trying. It's truly delicious, perhaps among the best you can eat in Naples. We also had the mezzanelle lardiate, which was very good, a simple dish but full of flavor. The house red wine pairs beautifully with the dishes. For dessert, you can't leave without trying the lemon caprese, a typical local dish and truly well-made. And remember, the coffee served in a mini moka pot is a must; it's a lovely touch. If you like, the limoncello is also a good choice. Overall, it's a special, authentic place where you eat well and feel welcomed. Congratulations indeed.

20/04/2026: Excellent place. Everything is good. The food is delicious and very well prepared. Go without hesitation. The prices are very reasonable.

16/04/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant. We received a very warm welcome and sat on the terrace with our party of six. The waiter was attentive and spoke French. The dishes were delicious (ravioli, seafood pasta, fish, squid, lemon pasta). The desserts were also very good (panna cotta, tiramisu, lemon sorbet, chocolate cake).

29/03/2026: It is a nice restaurant to go. The pasta is good. But I don't like the rabbit taste. It is my first time to try rabbit. It is a little weird taste to me.

26/03/2026: Service and friendliness: 10/10 The restaurant: 9/10 The food : 3/10 Value for money : 1/10 The food did not live to expectations and to the price paid. The pasta was way too salty, the foccacia as well. We also had stuffed artichokes ( terrible). and fried parmigiana. Overall, the quality of the food was very low. We didn't eat anything that we could say that is was delicious Very good local wine. Overrated restaurant. Nice friendly people .
