12/06/2026: During our visit to Sorrento, we ate at this highly-rated restaurant. Unfortunately, the dish my wife ordered (spaghetti vongole) was quite good, but the pasta was really undercooked. I know what Italian al dante means, but this was almost crunchy. I had pasta bolognese, which was cooked, but the sauce was rather bland. Furthermore, the menu doesn't mention the cover charge of €3 per person.

The two of us enjoyed an excellent tea accompanied by a delicious homemade cookie. We had a wonderful time and left feeling very happy and relaxed. It's so good that it's really hard to decide to leave. Kudos to the management.

29/05/2026: My husband and I had such a fun time at Tirabusciò Cooking School in Sorrento! We learned how to make pizza from scratch, got helpful tips and a recipe to take home, and each made our own pizza with toppings from the options provided. Wine and water were included, and transportation was available, which was really convenient. The only small issue was that Google Maps sent us slightly around the corner, so double-check the location if you're getting there on your own. Overall, a fun and delicious experience we’d definitely recommend!

From our first meeting, we were greeted with great professionalism, but above all with a rare human warmth, as if we were part of their family. The organization was impeccable in every aspect: from welcoming our guests to managing food intolerances, every detail was taken care of with care and precision. The directors, Ennio and Giuseppe, guided us through every decision, always offering the best advice with expertise and availability. During the wedding day, Angelo and Giusy were extraordinary: true points of reference, capable of coordinating everything from start to finish and promptly managing even small unexpected events. The cuisine was simply exceptional: dishes carefully crafted in both flavor and presentation, everything truly delicious and appreciated by all our guests. A special thanks also to Vanna, always available and ready to help us with the organizational phase, responding to our every need with kindness and punctuality. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to all the staff, even those we didn't mention personally but who contributed so much to the success of our special day, and to the owners of the property for their kindness and hospitality. 14/06/2026: First of all, I want to say that this restaurant is exceptional in every way: the food is top-quality, the staff is professional, friendly, and incredibly quick, yet always impeccable, as is the quality of the food, of course. The dishes speak for themselves; they are a riot of sophisticated, high-quality flavors, and I had the opportunity to try the new menu, which I was told had just been updated. A special shout-out to all the staff and to Giorgio, who, with their extreme expertise and professionalism, guided us on an excellent culinary experience. I will return without a doubt.

02/05/2026: Last night we dined at Diego's, and the experience deserves more than a simple note of appreciation. A necessary preface: I suffer from shellfish allergies, a condition that often turns a seafood dinner into an exercise in sacrifice rather than choice. Here, attentiveness, courtesy, and professionalism are the order of the day: dishes are adapted to the moment, without shortcuts, a clear sign of fresh ingredients and a skilled craftsman who knows how to craft them with confidence. One gesture in particular speaks to the place's style: in order to let me try the fusilloni with clams, grouper, and zucchini flowers, topped with shellfish chosen by my companion, a special version was prepared, free of any contaminants. An unsolicited attention, and for that very reason, doubly appreciated. My monkfish, grouper, clam, and potato stew was simply impeccable: balanced, just the right amount of flavor, the kind that doesn't seek special effects because it doesn't need them. Service: smiling, welcoming, attentive, and never intrusive. In short: naturalness, the increasingly rare art of authentic hospitality—with a touch of graceful elegance that, these days, is almost as important as the menu. Thanks, Diego. I'm writing this here because I wasn't able to do it in person yesterday.
