31/08/2024: I chose it thanks to the reviews I read but unfortunately I was quite disappointed. the raw materials are all good but in my opinion not prepared correctly. However, the thing that left me most perplexed was the frying of prawns and calamari: on the menu it was specified that in the absence of fresh products, frozen products would be used... and so far ok, but then if they arrive frozen, why pay for them at the same price as fresh ones!?! Courteous and extremely helpful service, right from the phone call made to reserve a table and sunbeds. A bit of an ugly location, certainly the least nice and evocative of the 4/5 restaurants on site.

11/11/2024: A lovely restaurant. It’s out of the town a little bit, but I believe they offer a shuttle service. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and they also give you lots of freebies like bread, biscuits and limoncello. Service is friendly and attentive. Lovely atmosphere with high end decor.

15/06/2024: I often go to mass in Pompeii, I am an invalid and the last time I went they made me pay to park in the stalls for the disabled inside the sanctuary, and shameful 😡

11/08/2024: The restaurant is furnished in an intimate and elegant way, without however being pretentious or impersonal. The service was impeccable, with prosecco and the chef's welcome entrée not included in the bill. The dishes were really excellent: the meat was tender as butter, and really really tasty. Impossible not to say a word about the service, truly impeccable.

07/08/2024: A quality venue in Vomero. Excellent food and excellent welcome. Il faut tester ce magnifique restaurant de viande. Absolutely worth doing again.

08/08/2024: We came with friends, appetizer each and a first course... I list the positive things: exceptional mussels peppered, really delicious; exceptional fried anchovies, well-made purgatory eggs, good omelette, the first courses: Genoese and pasta and potatoes with provola. Negative things: potato salad, salami and ricotta minibun (like a children's party), linguine with sea urchin not exceptional. Considering that we drank Gragano with percoche, the quality/price ratio is not in line, for 45 euros we would have eaten a seafood appetizer and first course, with bottled wine....

08/08/2024: Very welcoming place, well furnished. It makes you feel just like at Mammà's house. Two of us had a mixed starter of various courses, all delicious. The aubergine parmigiana is truly super good. As a first course, pasta and potatoes with provola cheese in the loaf. A delight, very filling and tasty. The top was the Genoese, truly delicious and with many succulent pieces of very tender meat. At this point you are wondering why 4 stars and not 5 stars? The reason is very simple: you can't get 4 euros for a 33 cl Peroni beer. Absolutely. A false note in a beautiful symphony.

29/08/2024: Really great options of gelato and so creamy too! I treated myself to a medium cone of pistachio and lemon and was so refreshing ! Wish I went more than just once !

27/07/2024: A delight! The quality of the food and wine is there, and the service is top notch. The pasta was excellent. Intimate place and charming setting, away from the resorts and other hotels on the island. I recommend for a visit to Ischia!

30/07/2024: This place is a guarantee! The products are of excellent quality and the cooked meals are no different, on the contrary! I recommend everyone to try their suet and pepper taralli and torteno, you won't regret it! Too bad I can only give 5 stars

31/08/2024: The menu is very rich. Very particular dishes. The seafood sandwiches are conceived with a criterion that gives excellent results. Not least the appetizers served in a pleasant (sober) scenographic way and the abundant and tasty main courses. The environment is very pleasant, the owners know what they do and take care of the customer.

14/08/2024: I went for the first time with my family for my daughter's birthday and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Elegant venue, excellent food, generous dishes and impeccable service. Thanks to the owner who was very friendly and able to advise us and also to Mrs. Rosa who recommended a good wine and offered excellent service. An experience to be relived again. Highly recommended restaurant

02/08/2024: Returning to Salvatore Mastracchio is always a pleasure for the friendliness and the taste buds. Its cold heat has no equals, the right mix of coffee, cocoa and fiordilatte ice cream makes the final 'suck' mandatory to fully enjoy its pleasantness.

07/04/2024: We stayed on March 17, 2024 for my husband's birthday, a truly beautiful location. Excellent, quality food. Everything was perfect, the staff made us feel like family ❤️. We received compliments and positive appreciation from all the guests. A special thanks goes to Francesca ❤️. It was truly a day to remember.

15/08/2024: Be sure to visit when you come to Pompeii! The price, taste, and atmosphere of the restaurant are all great. It's a local shop, and locals were also ordering takeout. I don't think there are many places where you can eat such great Neapolitan pizza for around 6 euros. It was great to meet the shop owner, a cute old man wearing a straw hat and glasses♪

13/08/2024: It doesn't seem like a very chic place, but the owners are kind and mixed with the flavors of the products and the goodness of the dishes, make the place give a sense of familiarity. The pizzas are worth trying

20/06/2024: Returning from Roccaraso for a skating competition, my daughter and I had dinner with a friend and her daughter. All good.

10/06/2024: I've been several times and it's always a pleasure to go, because every time I go I feel better and better. Very good food, very kind staff, and a fantastic manager, all the quality meat and the delicious sandwiches 👏👏
