25/06/2026: The pool is very large, beautiful and clean. The only problem is the arrogant and rude staff.

23/06/2026: A very disappointing experience. I visited this pool expecting a pleasant and relaxing day, but unfortunately, the experience was anything but positive. The atmosphere is extremely rigid: you can't dive in, splash around, or simply have fun without being immediately called out by the lifeguard/owner. I understand the importance of rules and safety, but here you get the feeling that every behavior is overly controlled, making it difficult to enjoy your day. Furthermore, the lifeguard/owner personally decides who can access the deep end of the pool based on their assessment of swimming ability. If they deem you insufficiently skilled, you are forced to stay in the shallow end, without any clear criteria or effective verification. From a safety and maintenance standpoint, there were some aspects that left me very perplexed. The pool was full of bees and wasps that kept circling the areas frequented by guests, creating discomfort and concern. Furthermore, the diving board was damaged and potentially dangerous to use, a situation that shouldn't be underestimated in a facility open to the public. Another incident that struck me negatively was seeing the lifeguard asleep during opening hours. Considering that his primary duty is to ensure the safety of swimmers, witnessing such a scene certainly doesn't inspire peace of mind. The worst aspect, however, remains the attitude of the lifeguard/owner. During my stay, I repeatedly witnessed rude and impolite responses to customers. I also personally perceived an arrogant and unprofessional attitude, which contributed to the unwelcoming atmosphere. Finally, I find the afternoon entrance fee excessive for those who don't actually use the pool facilities. We even paid €8 for someone who arrived at 2:30 PM, didn't swim, didn't even use a lounger, or sunbathed—a fee that seems unjustified. Overall, what was supposed to be a fun day turned into a negative experience in several respects: management, courtesy, maintenance, and value for money. For these reasons, I can't recommend this establishment and I'm unlikely to return.

03/05/2026: A lovely hotel on the seafront, with an exceptional view. The manager, Leonardo, is exceptional, elegant, and professional, always available to listen to all guests and help them improve. The food is excellent and plentiful. The rooms are clean and bright. The reception staff are very professional and kind, and the dining room staff are very quick and friendly. Excellent value for money.

02/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful time. It's close to the sea and the center of Lacco Ameno. The food was good and plentiful, and the rooms were clean with breathtaking views. The manager, Leonardo, was very friendly and helpful, and always managed to resolve any issues with class. All the staff were always friendly. We would gladly return.

17/05/2026: Unfortunately, they're aggressive in their sales, an approach that ultimately becomes annoying and uncomfortable. There's no value for money.

29/04/2026: The staff were very pushy. I was completely ripped off. The tout offered me fresh fish for lunch, and given the prices on the menu, I didn't ask. The sea bream was very good, but the bill was exorbitant: 80 euros for fresh fish. Have a good holiday!
