Muslim mosques are open almost 24 hours a day, but churches close before dark for some reason. There are nice places around Via Roma square where you can eat food and ice cream.

Very large with very colorful frescoes, even for the many people, there were 3 queues to take the host! The final greeting to the Madonna was very beautiful

Inside the sanctuary, a precious collection of photographs that retrace the history of the sanctuary and of those who lived there, from the orphans to the children of prisoners, assisted by the offerings of the faithful, show what this reality was and what this reality is beyond the beauty of Church! Let yourself be taken by the atmosphere of these places which still give off the sense of their creator

An evocative place of worship like few others!

Next to the sad ruins of Pompeii, a quiet place of comforting reflection on the here and now. A lovingly maintained place - and not unimportantly a huge, very inexpensive parking lot.

A pilgrimage that I recommend to all believers and non-believers!

I visited the Minor Basilica of Pompeii and was very impressed. This place of worship is an architectural jewel of enormous beauty. The first thing that strikes you is the majesty of the structure. The basilica is large and imposing, with a facade that invites you to enter inside. Once inside, you are immediately greeted by a series of rich and detailed frescoes adorning the walls and ceiling. In addition to the beauty of the frescoes, the interior of the basilica is enriched by numerous architectural details, such as the altars and sculptures. Inside the basilica, there is also a small museum that is worth a visit. This museum houses a collection of sacred art, relics and historical objects. An important aspect is that entry to the basilica is free. This makes the visit accessible to everyone. I recommend visiting it, it is a place that is truly worth it. Free entry is a further incentive.

We visited the Bell Tower of the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Pompeii. From above there is a beautiful view of Pompeii, the excavations and surrounding areas, a positive experience.
