A small and very unique restaurant, the decor is elegant and the service is truly excellent. We ate very well, and the fish soup was excellent. I highly recommend it.

It was a truly wonderful and special evening! The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, and the food was creatively authentic and prepared with great care. It tasted absolutely delicious, and we felt very comfortable! Highly recommended!

An excellent restaurant with a distinctive, retro atmosphere, furnished in diverse yet harmonious styles. Soft lighting creates the perfect atmosphere. Carefully prepared and served fish dishes and mouth-watering desserts leave a lasting impression and a desire to return.

Very nice, quiet and authentic restaurant. The food was excellent and service was perfect. The atmosphere in the restaurant is original and exactly right. The busy city completely disappears when tourists sit inside. Lovely 50’ and 60’ vibes.

Truly fantastic, nothing negative! The place is meticulously maintained, beautifully decorated, and the service is discreet and welcoming. We ate wonderfully; the ingredients were excellent, well-prepared, the wine was excellent, and the value for money made this place a must-see not only in the historic center but throughout the city!

Ristorante Taverna Verde

06/04/2026: If you come to Ischia and want to eat authentic Ischian rabbit, you absolutely must go to "Taverna Verde da Morzariello"! As soon as we entered, Mr. Ernesto greeted us and made us feel right at home. The rabbit was cooked in a terracotta pot, and we had homemade fettuccine with the sauce. For sides, we had zucchini alla scapece and French fries, and for dessert, the classic Ischian caprese... it was a continuous explosion of deliciousness and high quality. Absolutely brilliant.
05/04/2026: If you're looking for old-fashioned cuisine and the Ischian specialty, "Signor Coniglio," this is the place you can't miss. The old-school location and the SERIOUS service from the excellent hosts make you feel like part of the family. The food is truly stellar; you'll almost expect your grandmother to emerge from the kitchen and ask how your meal turned out.
