The pizza is always delicious and the prices are fair. The Parmigiana and Fiocco pizzas are delicious. On weekends, it's essential to book several days in advance to secure a table.

29/06/2026: Palartè is a pizzeria that, from the first moment, conveys the feeling of a new, modern establishment, designed with great attention to detail. The setting is beautiful, elegant, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for both a family dinner and an evening with friends. Its location is also certainly a plus: it's easily accessible and has parking, making arrival and departure very convenient, avoiding one of the most common pitfalls when deciding to go out for dinner. Upon entering, you immediately sense the commitment to offering a high-quality experience. The spaces are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, as are the modern and well-maintained bathrooms, reflecting the style of the entire establishment. The staff is also one of the most positive aspects of the experience. The waiters and front of house staff are friendly, helpful, and very polite, demonstrating attentiveness to the customer. However, the extreme formality with which the service is handled, at times, seems excessive and almost verges on the ridiculous. Indeed, the pursuit of excessive elegance risks making the relationship with the customer less than spontaneous. Quality service isn't measured solely by its appearance, but above all by its ability to put people at ease naturally, without appearing artificial. The most perplexing aspect concerns the pizza, which should be the restaurant's true strength. Aesthetically, it's practically impeccable: beautifully presented, inviting, and prepared with ingredients that are perceived to be of excellent quality. However, once tasted, expectations are only partially met. The problem isn't the quality of the ingredients, which is quite evident, but the way they are combined. The pizzas are often too rich, with an excessive amount of ingredients that end up overpowering each other. Each individual ingredient is good, but together they fail to create a harmonious and defined flavor. Ultimately, you're left with the feeling of a pizza that's beautiful to look at, but less engaging on the palate than you'd expect. During the evening, a detail that's hard to ignore was also striking: several dishes were returned to the kitchen with much of the food still on the plate. Of course, this isn't enough to make a definitive judgment, as there could be multiple reasons for this, but it's a detail that gives pause for thought and could be a sign that shouldn't be underestimated. Overall, Palartè is a place with enormous potential. The facility is beautiful, the cleanliness is impeccable, the staff is courteous, and the ingredients used are high-quality. What's missing, at least for now, is a culinary offering that truly showcases these ingredients. Sometimes simplicity is the best choice: a few well-balanced ingredients can deliver much more intense emotions than a pizza built with too many ingredients. If it manages to find this balance, Palartè could become not only one of the most beautiful places in Acerra, but also a must-see for those seeking a truly memorable pizza.

Culinary presumption Dialectical invasiveness Substandard products (recovered from previous days) The cod was served bland by gastronomic choice (laughable) It was just old and flavorless All accompanied by stale bread and cheap Fiano. 3 (ridiculous) appetizers and a shameful first course 3 bottles of that aforementioned white wine for 4 people €305.00, discounted €260.00 It's simply indecent. If I could, I'd put a minus in front of a star. Catering is another matter.

03/04/2026: I've been wanting to try this sandwich shop for months... Today I was passing through Acerra, lunchtime, I called and they were open, 20 minutes and I was seated at a table (the place is small but very cute), the staff was very kind. Let's get to the nitty-gritty: the sandwich was too tasty, the burger perfectly cooked to medium, the meat flavorful, too good, that's it... The hot sandwich barely fit the burger, provolone, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, bacon, and fries... Price for the sandwich + Coke + cover charge = 10 euros. Next time I'll come with friends. Top... Highly recommended.

28/03/2026: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I ordered two specific sandwiches, but they arrived with different potatoes than expected. When I reported the error to the staff, they trivialized the issue and refused to correct it, claiming they had run out of the correct potatoes. I find it unacceptable that a restaurant shows no willingness to correct an obvious mistake, completely ignoring customer satisfaction. Highly discouraged. "Humility comes first."

08/02/2026: Excellent quality! Excellent ingredients. We tried the focaccia, super light, very leavened, and well-seasoned. The fior di latte was lovely, moist, and flavorful, and to finish, a top-notch migliaccio.

10/04/2026: I tried the chicken with a side of both baked and fried potatoes… everything was simply delicious. The chicken was flavorful, well-cooked, and super juicy. The baked potatoes? Perfect: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fried ones were also truly delicious! A big plus also goes to the staff: extremely kind and welcoming. The lady, in a truly kind gesture, even gave us some complimentary chips—a thoughtful touch that makes all the difference! I recommend everyone to stop by this chicken shop: the quality, flavor, and courtesy are top notch. I'll definitely be back! 😍
