09/08/2026: We visited Fuoco Lento in Mariglianella and were pleasantly surprised by every detail. The place is truly beautiful, well-kept, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.
We started with the fried foods, and what can I say... simply excellent! Both the frittatina and the crocchè were tasty, light, and fried to perfection. Next, we decided to split a pizza in a rotating dish: it was truly delicious, truly delicious, and a top recommendation.
01/08/2026: The pizza is excellent, and the staff is equally so, but the dining room is hot, which is unacceptable for a pizzeria in 2026. I also think it detracts from the true value of the pizza because you can't find the right level of comfort inside the dining room. A real shame because the pizza is truly spectacular, but the lack of air conditioning is unacceptable.

29/05/2026: I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have a hamburger, bacon, and baked potatoes, but instead I was served a sandwich with porchetta and fries. I also find it absurd that my partner asked to replace the arugula and cherry tomatoes usually served with the sliced steak with other vegetables, and was told she could only add eggplant mushrooms or potatoes.

07/06/2026: An authentic, high-quality culinary experience. The antipasto is the highlight: excellent cured meats, a crouton with sun-dried tomato pâté, and an excellent cheese paired perfectly with the jam.
Both first courses are top marks: the lasagna is rich and flavorful, while the walnut and tomato ravioli impress with their balanced flavors. The meat-based second course is surprisingly tender and juicy, accompanied by beautifully browned potatoes.
The meal ends with a flourish: an exceptional, fragrant wheat pastiera accompanied by fresh fruit.
19/01/2026: The structure, especially the bathrooms, needs maintenance. The room is so cold I can't even begin to describe it. But what disappointed us was the food... the courses: a mozzarella that wasn't fresh... a course of grilled vegetables - a mini slice of courgette, a mini slice of aubergine, a mini slice of pumpkin, that is, absurd €4... first courses: a tasting course because they didn't even reach 40g per person... I asked for gnocchi and I received a small pan that was not only almost empty but there were only 5/6 gnocchi on top... underneath was a puree of gnocchi, the kind bought in a bag and not fresh... the meat second courses arrived... A portion of sausage with only one single portion. But the side dishes arrived after minutes and while the meat was cooling, three portions of chips arrived and a salad, the latter full of oil already dressed... our potatoes arrived in three half-bowls while at the other tables the portion was quite abundant... it's a shame because right where you expect the homemade food to be lacking

29/03/2025: Il ristorante è vecchio e trascurato, atmosfera fredda e poco accogliente, paella che sembrava un risotto poco riuscito, sangria, un litro 14 euro, di vino scadente e con una sola fettina di limone e una di arancia.
Crema catalana fredda....
Prezzo alto per quello che offre
Forse all'inizio pare che ci fosse una cuoca spagnola oggi non c'è nulla di originale spagnolo ma solo una brutta copia.

Cena domenicale con amici, atmosfera super accogliente e proprietari attenti a tutte le esigenze dei clienti.
Ottimo per chi vuole pranzare fuori casa ma sentirsi a casa e provare cucina casereccia.
Da ritornarci sicuramente !

06/12/2025: We were absolutely blown away by the deliciousness of the artisanal panettone! I recommend trying them all because they're truly worth it! Raffaele, the owner, is an exceptional person and puts all of himself into his creations. ❤️
08/11/2025: A terrible experience, one to forget.
The pizzas had practically charred edges, while the inside was raw, soggy, and completely watery. There were unidentifiable bits of some disgusting-tasting dairy product on top.
As if that weren't enough, the three pieces of pizza had been thrown into a small box, all stacked on top of each other, without even a sheet of paper separating them. When I opened the box, I found myself faced with a single, shapeless, soft, and sticky mass, a veritable mess.
Honestly, I think even a makeshift cafeteria in the middle of the desert would serve something more dignified. It's a shame they can't give zero stars, because that would be the most appropriate rating.
