12/04/2026: The service wasn't very good. The waitress didn't know anything about wine, and it's a wine bar.
The food was okay, but nothing exceptional.

20/11/2025: The restaurant has been completely renovated and is now a grill restaurant serving a wide selection of meats, all of which are aged in plain sight. I often go there for their rich antipasto with traditional and seasonal products. I highly recommend it.

The price is reasonable for the service; we ordered an appetizer, main course, dessert, and a drink.
02/04/2026: I'll be honest. I have never, ever felt this good after eating a meal in Italy. We've been all around the world and as of writing this, this is the 3rd time we've visited this absolute perfection of a restaurant. I can't reccomend this enough. All the negative reviews don't know what they're talking about. Thank you Chef Carmen!

10/10/2025: Ate the most delicious pasta with rabbit, add in some fresh bread, local vegetables, olives and local white wine. A really relaxed lunch with an island feel. Staff were really friendly, the view was great and there is even local art by the family on display inside the restaurant.

25/02/2026: I celebrated my graduation at White Chill Out Principote, and everything was just what I wanted. The location was wonderful, the food excellent (especially the creamy shrimp gnocchi), and the staff were incredibly kind and always available. We'll definitely be back for other occasions.

30/03/2026: For me, this is the best pizza I've ever had. Extremely light and with a selection of unique and carefully selected toppings, all of excellent quality. The fried foods are also good. Valet parking is available, reservations are required, and there's a short wait to be seated. The dining room is perhaps a bit too crowded, with seats not too far apart, but given how good the food is, the rest doesn't matter. Prices are more than fair.

12/04/2026: I'm glad the first restaurant I went to didn't have a seat for me. And then here, I was confused between pizza or restaurant, but since restaurant was quiet, decided to try that out, also cos I was planning to have pizza for dinner.
Pasta was delicious, not something I was expecting. Tiramisu was equally something, not the usual serving one expects. Felt that if I could, would have picked it up by hand to eat it.
And yes, had to finish it off with some limoncello.
To the server with the glasses, I'm sorry I'm not so good with names, thank you for the care and service while you attended to me during lunch :)
12/04/2026: This restaurant is very hospitable (waiter Luigi) and overall a great experience. Eat here if you want authentic Italian cuisine!
