10/07/2025: A hidden gem found on our last night in Naples. Excellent homemade wine! The only thing better than the wine, was the hospitality! Bruno and his team are on point! My wife and I will definitely be back. If you're in Naples, make a point to stop in and have a glass or two. The charcuterie boards also looked amazing! Thanks for the hospitality Bruno!

19/06/2025: An absolute gem of a sandwich shop. We went twice and the sandwiches were delicious. The two ladies running the shop couldn’t have been nicer. A must if you’re in Sorrento.

18/06/2025: Came here thanks to my daughter and TikTok 🤦🏼‍♂️. 45 minute wait in line to order then another 35 minutes to get it. But Food was excellent and worth the wait. The staff is friendly and fun singing along with the great playlist - keeps it lively met lots of nice people in line. Note: VERY limited seating! One small hack- download their app (extra 2€ per sandwich) and order ahead of time - pick it up at your convenience, however, you cannot order the classic hot sandwiches on the app …..that should probably be fixed but otherwise excellent.

10/06/2025: We were walking around Naples all day and we were a bit hungry, going down Piazza del Gesù we saw this place with the name Lubrano Pub we went in good food clean place and qualified and professional staff. Thanks we will see each other soon greetings from Milan.

04/08/2025: Dinner at Cantina Pietratorcia was one of the most authentic and memorable experiences of our stay in Ischia. We're not talking about a simple tasting, but a true dinner, immersed in a charming and atmospheric setting. The location is spectacular: a garden among the vineyards, quiet and well-kept, with vine pergolas, soft lighting, and a warm welcome that immediately puts you at ease. The perfect place for a relaxing evening, away from the chaos and immersed in the beauty of Ischia's natural landscape. The cuisine? Extraordinary. The dish of the day—paccheri with lobster—was simply delicious: perfectly al dente pasta, a rich yet balanced sauce, and fresh and flavorful lobster. A generous, fragrant dish, expertly prepared. But the true star of the evening was the Ischian rabbit: a masterpiece of local tradition, cooked to perfection, flavorful, aromatic, and incredibly tender. A historic recipe prepared with respect and passion, it captures the island's soul. The house wine, Pietratorcia of course, perfectly complemented the dinner, but the highlight remains the quality of the cuisine, which truly takes center stage here. The staff was extremely kind and competent, with attentive but never intrusive service. The family-friendly and refined atmosphere made the evening even more enjoyable. In conclusion, an exceptional dinner from every perspective. For those seeking the authentic flavor of the island, in a welcoming and refined setting, Cantina Pietratorcia is a must-see. We'll definitely be back!

18/05/2025: A small bar with a friendly soul, Blu Sky is located in Somma Vesuviana and immediately stands out for its cozy atmosphere: two small rooms on the mezzanine floor, intimate and welcoming, where you can breathe a familiar and relaxed atmosphere. The staff, including the owner, were immediately warm and helpful, making the stop pleasant. I had high expectations for the famous funghetto, the flagship product. It is certainly original and well thought out, but I confess that I expected something more. The muffin was good but not very filled, and the topping options or variations were rather limited in terms of additions. Even the straw, which seemed to be entirely made of chocolate, was actually only covered in a thin layer: a detail that, while not compromising the experience, dampened the initial enthusiasm a bit. The small cookie cake was instead a pleasant surprise, as were the coffees, carefully prepared and really well made. Overall, the prices are normal and accessible.

19/07/2025: Family lunch to celebrate a birthday. Quiet and elegant atmosphere. Excellent, attentive and precise service. Extensive wine list. I chose a Val d'Aosta wine that was in the cellar but not chilled; it was immediately chilled and served at the perfect temperature. We started with prosecco and a complimentary entree, an appetizer consisting of a trio of fish and a very good seafood risotto. The other diners were also pleased with their choices. Good value for money; I definitely recommend it.

13/07/2025: Éste era el lugar más relajado, elegante y hermoso de toda Pompeya. Excelentes opciones de comida y servicio. Ubicado cerca de la estación de tren, tenía mis dudas pero alguien de la oficina de turismo me lo recomendó encarecidamente... desde el momento en que entré me trataron como a una reina... no vengas aquí si tienes prisa porque fue la comida más relajante y de ritmo lento... perfecto después de un vuelo apresurado y un paseo en resina. Recordaré este lugar y a todas las personas que conocí.

19/07/2025: Disappointing – Mold Smell and Overpriced Food We found this sushi place based on glowing reviews and decided to give it a try. Arrived right after opening, we were the only guests and got a table for four. To use the bathroom, you have to go one floor down. The lower floor is nicely designed, clearly done with taste, but there’s a strong smell of mold as soon as you enter. It feels damp and unpleasant — really killed the vibe. We still stayed and ordered food, but it didn’t get any better. The €18 roll was almost all rice with barely any filling. My son ordered tempura shrimp — listed as €8.50 on the menu — but we were charged €22.50 on the bill. Later, another group arrived with a reservation. The staff initially said they had no record of it and tried to turn them away. Only after the guests started complaining and showing their confirmation were they seated. It all looked very unprofessional and poorly managed. Mold smell in a restaurant is a serious issue. This place should definitely be inspected by health authorities. Not recommended.

20/05/2025: They don't take reservations, but this place is completely worth any wait. If the line is long, grab a drink from the store next door while you wait. To start we had prosciutto and melon, its sweetnes perfectly balancing the salty prosciutto. Also had the bufalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, which were some of the best bocconcini all trip. After appies, my wife went with the seabream in white lemon sauce, and I went with the spaghetti in an anchovie sauce with lemons. When in sorrento you must try the lemon pastas and this one is fantastic. For dessert, we had the richest and creamiest cannoli we have ever had. It was so good. We also had the lemon cake, which we would have every night if possible. This place seems best suited for 2 people. If your group is larger, you may have to wait until two tables beside each other become available at the same time so they can be put together.

19/05/2025: När jag var ute och undersökte staden första dagen så passerade jag detta ställe och kände igen namnet, av en händelse så öppnade man precis så det var inget problem att få en plats på uteserveringen. Snabb och korrekt service med glimten i ögat och härligt liv och rörelse i gränden där restaurangen ligger gjord lunchen till en fröjd. Jag åt en magisk gnocchi (som jag tyvärr glömt namnet på) innehållande bl.a. torkat sidfläsk, nötter och krutonger och en stor balja Aglianico till och bara njöt. Superupplevelse både gällande smak, pris och service, missa inte!
