19/11/2025: To me, A’Marenna is the best place for sandwiches and salads in Sorrento—not only for the food, but also for the staff and the vibe! They have so many choices that it was hard to decide, since I liked so many toppings. I tried the panuozzo and the No.5 salad. Even though I’m not usually a fish lover, the tuna fillet was excellent—paired with cheese, almonds, apples, and greens, it offered layers of flavour and texture. I loved it so much that I ordered the same sandwich two days in a row! We ordered quite a lot: each salad comes with bread, and we also had a salad and a sandwich each. The staff wondered if we could finish everything, and we did—it became our dinner that day and breakfast the next morning. The staff were very friendly and chatted with us while preparing the food. One of them shared her love for Florence when I mentioned my upcoming trip, and when I returned the next day, they still remembered us despite serving so many customers daily. That made us feel really welcome. I also had a nice conversation with one of the staff about her holiday plans. She mentioned wanting to visit Tanzania but was concerned about the situation there. I truly hope she has a wonderful and safe journey—she deserves a relaxing holiday after such a busy tourist season.

11/11/2025: Ate lunch and dinner here several times. Had both sandwiches and salads. Everything was fantastic. And the ladies who run the place are super friendly. Highly recommend you give it a try.

05/03/2026: What a gem! Just round the corner from the central station. When you’re tired of pasta and pizza, this is the place to go. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. The focus is meat which is really good quality and competitively priced given the quality. I have a lovely fillet cooked to perfection while my husband really enjoyed his Italian burger. Service was great too.

03/04/2026: The food was amazing- some of the best on our tour round Italy. The service was great and the staff were so friendly. The view is lovely and there is free parking. The bread to start was a lovely addition, as well as the limoncello at the end.

31/10/2025: What a place! Great vibe, delicious food (incredible drinks, pasta and the best pizza we had on our trip - including in Naples!) Also you’ll receive the most attentive service, it’s like being at a friend’s house but in a restaurant. The owner even drove us back to where we were staying when we needed a taxi! Definitely recommend stopping by especially if you’d rather experience genuine Italy and want to escape the touristy crowds of Sorrento. Bonus points if you get told the story of the history of the smoking cat!

20/10/2025: The fish was cooked to perfection and the welcome was very pleasant. The outside area is spacious and pleasant.

09/10/2025: Simple and clean place. Classic Neapolitan pizza with a thinner crust than usual. Flavorful, textured dough and top-quality toppings. Impeccable service. Excellent value.

02/10/2025: Food was outstanding - mozzarella patties to start, delicious smoked flavour, lovely. Isola verde pizza reminded us of one we had in Lucca once...no tomato sauce, just butter, rocket, delicious cheese and ham. The patate fritte were incredible - light as a feather inside, crispy on the outside; amazing 😍 Service friendly and efficient. Cannot fault this place. Thanks to Google reviews we found it 👌🏼👏🏼

01/04/2026: Excellent service, simply fantastic grilled mortadella, excellent pepper and lemon potatoes. I recommend the mixed grill.

01/04/2026: We went here for dinner and ate and tried everything, starting with the delicacies (fried potatoes with lemon and pepper, arrosticini, and grilled mortadella with pistachio cream), all exceptional! But that's not all! We also had a sandwich, salad, and two different types of meat... again, everything was delicious, and to finish, an excellent dessert. Highly recommended.
