29/01/2026: The outside atmosphere of this restaurant is lively and can be loud at times but otherwise not noticeable when you are eating there AMAZING FOOD!! This was one of the absolutely best restaurant we ate at in all of Italy. Great service and friendly staff. There was no wait time for us to be seated and had a perfect location right off the walking street in the middle of a business district. Great value for the money as the food makes up for it 10 times.

21/11/2025: One of the best dining experiences we have ever had. We were in Sorrento toward the end of August the family who owns and runs the restaurant not only makes amazing food but also is a joy to be around. We spent 5 night in Sorrento and spent 3 nights dining here and would go back in a heartbeat! The wait is worth it if you don’t show up early

14/12/2025: The best and highest viewpoint in the whole island. Scenic vista point, 360° mesmerizing and a must if you love taking photographs. You can take the chair lift or hike. Probably a good idea to take the chair lift at least for the former (11€ single and 14€ round trip). You won't regret it.

13/04/2026: Relaxing atmosphere, server/waiter was very attentive, recommended catch of the day and it was delicious. Beautiful presentation at our table. All the service was friendly, English excellent. We had a complimentary Limincello after dinner and chocolate covered lemon treat. All in all a wonderful Italian experience. Go there! It’s fantastic.

12/04/2026: Lovely quiet trattoria in Sant Agnello. Friendly and accommodating staff. They even agreed to serve us early so we could make our transfer for our flight. Homely feel and its always a good sign when locals use the restaurant. Delicious platters and a very extensive gluten free menu. They even had GF desserts although I was a little full so I did not indulge. Howevervthey do not have GF bread. Please give them a try

04/04/2026: Very well-kept and beautifully decorated, as soon as you arrive, your attention is captured by the undisputed stars of the evening: the restaurant's cats! These very friendly kitties are fun to play with and use the gadgets available around the place! The menu is varied and full of vegetarian and vegan options, and you can enjoy excellent drinks! We thank Valentina again for her attention, welcome, and hospitality, and also for being a wonderful person, a pleasure to chat with and who takes care of her cats with love! 02/04/2026: A very nice café with delicious hot chocolate and coffee. The cakes and tiramisu are also great. But the best thing is the five cats. You hardly get a chance to eat or drink because they constantly want to sit on your castle... 😅 There are also lots of board games if you're in the mood. The service is very nice and friendly. A real recommendation if you like any of the things mentioned above (or several 😆). Check it out!

14/03/2026: Everything was good, as always. We went tonight and everything was good quality. We've been customers for almost three years and it never disappoints. The owner's sister is very friendly, and my husband and I always have a great chat. It's the best.

13/03/2026: Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and very tasty dishes. The three of us each ordered a sandwich and shared two portions of fries (chips and sticks, with sausage and provola, and with bacon and cheddar), a portion of meatballs with pistachio and provola cream, a small plate of porchetta, and a small omelette with sausage and broccoli rabe. The bill was perfectly in line with the quality and quantity of the food ordered.

03/01/2026: We returned for two dinners in a row, a sign that everything was delicious. There were nine of us, so we practically tried the entire menu and didn't find a single dish disappointing. I recommend the pasta alla genovese and the octopus alla Luciana, but the pasta alla Nerano is also excellent.

02/01/2026: We were two Asian visitors and had a reservation for 8:00 PM. Since it was the day after January 1st, we even called ahead to confirm the restaurant was open. After struggling up the hill to get there, we were told there was a "system error" with our reservation and asked to wait "only 10 minutes." After waiting 10 minutes and asking again, we were told that the "10 minutes" meant waiting until other customers had finished their food and left. When we explained that we had a valid reservation and had even called to confirm, they said it wasn't their fault and that there was nothing they could do about it due to the system error. No apology, no responsibility. Just "if you want, wait." Service like this is unacceptable. A place that treats customers like this deserves to fail.

21/04/2026: A small but very cute place where you can try a variety of cocktails (though their specialty is rum, as you can tell by the many barrels filled with different flavors). The staff is friendly and helpful; I personally always order a shot of rum accompanied by fruit and brown sugar. There's also a nice stage setting during the preparation. Definitely worth a try!

18/10/2025: One of our best meals in Italy. The server was excellent at helping us find a wine we would like. Every single thing we ordered was delicious. (And we had a lot of very mediocre food in other places so we were so happy to have everything be flavorful!)

16/10/2025: Excellent experience. We had a starter, cannelloni, and braised beef. All paired with a typical Italian wine. The food, atmosphere, and service were excellent!

08/04/2026: This is a wonderful way to spend a few hours in Sorrento. Collected by Luigi and taken up into the hills, the school is overlooking the Sorrento as the sun set. We were expertly led through mozzarella making, given some wine and breads to try their delicious olive oils (available to buy). Then me and my children, along with a small group, were taken through the ‘secret’ of good pizza making. The pace was excellent for all ages, just serious enough for us to feel like we’ve learnt how to make really good pizza dough when we get home, but light enough to feel like you’ve had lots of fun. Would highly recommend. Thank you also for making my son’s birthday so special with the tiramisu candle!
