Ristorante Pizzeria Reginè In Napoli

This is dinner from a tour at a pizzeria adjacent to the Holiday Inn Naples where we stayed. The meal consisted of a salad, two types of Neapolitan pizza, and baba for dessert. The salad was colorful and plentiful, served with olive oil and salt. The pizzas were a Margherita and a bianco-style pizza with pancetta, eggplant, tomato, and basil. Baba is a traditional Neapolitan dessert, a brioche dough soaked in a sweet rum-infused syrup—apparently a dessert for adults, but it was quite sweet. It was served with whipped cream.
