We actually visited twice during our vacation. On our first visit, we enjoyed a set menu with wine pairings – many thanks to Fabio and the entire team, it was a wonderful evening. The second time, we dined à la carte, which was also delicious. While the service wasn't quite as attentive that evening as on our first visit, we can still highly recommend the restaurant. It was just a shame that the weather wasn't cooperating and we couldn't sit outside.

A simple and very pleasant location, with a relaxed atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed, and perfect for a quiet evening with friends or family. The staff is friendly and helpful, always smiling. A genuine place, unpretentious but full of warmth and friendliness. We'll definitely be back!

Stunning location, attention to detail and quality. Friendly and attentive service, top-quality ingredients (often locally sourced). Tartare and desserts are made fresh, and are a delight to look at.

I had the pleasure of being a guest at Locanda Buglioni for a wedding and was truly amazed by the quality of the food. The entire dinner was meticulously crafted, with beautifully executed dishes, top-quality ingredients, and attentive service that made the experience even more enjoyable. The great attention to detail in both the cuisine and hospitality was clearly evident. But the real surprise came with the dessert: a simply extraordinary pistachio mousse with raspberry. A perfect balance between the sweetness of the pistachio and the freshness of the raspberry, truly delicious and memorable. Congratulations to the entire staff for making this wedding even more special with their high-quality culinary offerings.

A beautiful spot surrounded by vineyards. Excellent menu, everything delicious. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because they didn't have the 2017 Amarone the waitress had recommended, and the wine risotto lacked something to elevate the dish. A pinch of pecorino or another suitable cheese, in our opinion, would have made the dish impeccable.

The restaurant is surrounded by green vineyards and is a stunning location. In the summer, it has a wonderful outdoor terrace: I can't wait to return to eat outside. We chose the à la carte menu and had a selection of cured meats, a cheese tasting, and the tartare, hand-prepared by the waiter right in front of us. Each dish was carefully explained to us and was truly WONDERFUL. Everything was delicious! For starters, we tried the grilled gnocchi with Monte Veronese and pastissada de caval, which melted in the mouth, and the buttered pappardelle with ragù povera di cortile and Opera cheese, simply divine. The dessert menu was wonderful and incredibly delicious. We each had three glasses of wine for variety, and they gave us excellent advice on pairings with our dishes. The bill was around €60 per person. Highly recommended!
