A truly satisfying dive into the past. Returning after years, I find the place impeccably managed. A clear menu with excellent appetizers (a considerable amount) and noteworthy burgers. The beers satisfy every need. Then you have a selection of whiskeys with enthusiastic explanations if you need them. When someone loves their job, everything flows well. Well done! P.S. Excellent music of classic blues rock through vintage speakers.

We found ourselves in this little place drawn by all the excellent reviews, and I must say it fully met our expectations! Both the sandwiches and the beer selection are excellent, but the owner certainly makes the difference: he's friendly, courteous, and very professional. Overall, an impeccable experience! I'll definitely be back if I ever pass through Trieste again!

We were about to order more dishes, having never been there before, but the waitress's professionalism ensured we ordered just what we needed and thus enjoyed everything to the fullest without wasting anything. The house wine was excellent! Recommended!
