A simply unforgettable evening! There are excellent restaurants... and then there are places that can transform a dinner into a true emotion. Spurcacciun-a undoubtedly belongs to the latter category. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the beauty of the place. The atmosphere is refined, elegant, and welcoming. The sea view, the well-kept garden, the palm trees—every detail contributes to creating a truly extraordinary setting. The welcome was impeccable. Special thanks to the head waiter, who greeted us with great professionalism, cordiality, and attention, making us feel immediately at ease. And then comes the food... and here words almost become insufficient. Every course was a discovery, a surprise, a thrill. Extraordinary flavors, magnificent presentations, interplays of textures, surprising trompe-l'oeil, and a creativity that never sacrifices flavor. Each dish tells a story and demonstrates a truly rare pursuit of perfection. We also had the privilege of meeting the chef and exchanging a few words with him. It was a very special moment that made the experience even more memorable. His passion, talent, and dedication are evident in every detail of the menu. It's difficult to find the right words to describe a dinner of this caliber. Elegance, refinement, creativity, and excellence come together in a truly exceptional gastronomic experience. One thing is certain: we'll be back! Congratulations to the entire team for giving us an evening we'll cherish in our memories for a long time.

We had dinner here and really enjoyed it. The dishes are carefully crafted, and the flavor combinations are balanced and well-researched. We particularly appreciated the use of fish, an ingredient that not all restaurants showcase to its full potential, but which here is presented with skill and creativity. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. An experience we highly recommend!

In this restaurant you live a unique 360-degree experience, last night we did a Sea Itinerary from appetizer to dessert just to discover all the courses studied by the chef... what can I say simply spectacular, the whole kitchen works great and in the dining room department they are friendly, punctual and very prepared, then the general location of the Hotel and the sea surrounds it frame this spectacular Restaurant, we also spoke with Alessandro the owner who welcomed us and impressed us with his authenticity... absolutely recommended!!!!

I've been to at least 20 Michelin-starred restaurants around Italy and the world, including several three-starred ones. I think this is one of the best value restaurants I've ever seen. The service and cuisine deserve at least one star. If you're in the area, definitely stop by!
