20/10/2025: Very nice hotel. Beautiful surroundings. The hotel has a large outdoor pool. Breakfast is good. I recommend it!

18/10/2025: Is it beautiful? Yes. Is it clean? Yes. Is the staff friendly and competent? Yes. BUT the devil is in the details - and being a 4 star hotel is about details. We were on the third floor and the wifi was just terrible. Kept dropping and reconnecting. This is not acceptable in 2025 in a Mercure. Moreover - how is it possible for all the paintings not to hang correctly off the walls? The shower was spacious, with great water pressure - but the glass pane has water traces that are not wiped off daily. The breakfast buffet has a great selection... But the cornetti offered were pitiful and the cappuccinos we were served were very poor given the fact this is an Italian hotel. Conclusion: If you want a nice, clean, restful place to sleep in in a beautiful setting, the Mercure is for you. But they need to work on getting everything right, and not just the big picture.

22/10/2025: Delicious food, very high quality, and it shows. It's a shame about the service; the waiter was rushed and never present. We asked other waitresses a couple of times for the dessert menu, and they rudely told us we should ask "our" waiter. When we got the bill, we asked "our" waiter for the bill. I specified a €162 bill for three, and when we asked to split the bill between the three of us, he told us to go to the cashier and pay. We went to the cashier, and the cashier rudely said, "But you should have told us before that you're splitting the bill between the three of us." So I asked myself, "When did we tell the waiter?" More than that, when should I have told him? When was I ordering? It seems absurd to me that, given that we were three young people, we had to be treated like this!!! The service definitely needs improvement!!!!

20/10/2025: The place itself isn’t bad, and the service was fine. But the food — at least what I ordered — was a real disappointment. I specifically asked for a fresh, wild sea bass, and what arrived was a small 900-gram farmed fish, served late and completely dry. Definitely not wild. And at €31 per portion (€63 for the two), the price was outrageously high. Absolutely unacceptable.

29/09/2025: 2 standard first courses + 2 fried mushrooms (little more than a taste) + 2 coffees. The mushrooms tasted like nothing, but the fried mushrooms were very heavy. 120 euros.

For countless years we have shared moments of celebration with them, important memories and dinners where we have always found quality, hospitality and authentic flavours. We have celebrated all the most significant events in our lives there, and for our wedding we could only rely on them for the catering. They were able to tell our story also through flavours, making our moment even more special. It is not just cooking, it is emotion. The dishes enchanted us and all the guests, who still compliment us today. It is rare to find so much care and passion in everything. But the wonderful thing is that it is not just about events: every evening, thanks to their gastronomy service, we can take home a little piece of their cuisine. Delicious, genuine ready-made dishes that smell of home and make you feel pampered even on a simple weekday evening. Those who are lucky enough to discover them once, never leave them again. Because here we eat with our hearts, and we always come back for love.

21/09/2025: So, the pizza was neither good nor bad. The only thing I really didn't like was that the pizza with wild boar salami didn't have much of it, and it wasn't even the best tasting in my opinion. Everything else was good, but not exceptionally good. We had a pizza and a dessert for €16, so I'd say it was good.

Attracted by the lovely comments, I decided to book a table for 3 (me + 2 friends) ❤️‍🔥My guys... the ABSOLUTELY BEST VITELLO TONNATO EVER 🤩 Followed by... Ravioli al plin with EXQUISITE roast sauce and a side dish of crunchy vegetables that were simply SUBLIME (julienned zucchini, carrots, and baked potatoes). All washed down with a DELICIOUS Rosé 🍷 Attentive and attentive staff and service 🥰 "Welcoming" decor. 🛋️🪑📺 What can I say...? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'll definitely be back and I recommend the experience to everyone 🥳
