Two excellent interpretations of Lombardy’s culinary identity. The casoncelli with butter and sage were beautifully balanced: delicate pasta, savoury filling, nutty butter and crisp, aromatic sage, with just enough pancetta to add depth without overwhelming the dish. The Milanese in tasca was the highlight—a clever and accomplished reinterpretation of Milan’s classic ossobuco with saffron. The pasta was filled with tender, richly flavoured veal shank and served with a smooth saffron sauce and concentrated meat jus. Traditional flavours, presented with creativity and precision. A memorable meal.

A very delicious restaurant! We discovered it by chance near our hotel, and since it was late and we couldn't go far, it was a great choice. The seating is nice and comfortable, and the place is spacious. We ordered the Napoli and Alfredo with chicken (it wasn't on the menu; the employee suggested it when I asked), and the pasta was very tasty—Arabs will love it! It was perfectly cooked, the chicken was tender, and the flavor was amazing. The pizza was large, delicious, and had a great flavor.

17/05/2026: Without a doubt, one of the best all-you-can-eat sushi/fusion restaurants in Northern Italy. High-quality products, courtesy, and customer service. Prices are a bit higher than average, but worth it. Highly recommended!
13/05/2026: Best sushi in the Hinterland, huge menu at the same price as other restaurants. Impeccable and always friendly service. Never a complaint in six years of coming. Recommended!

La Baitella in Cucina

04/05/2026: After months, we returned to La Baitella, where the service was the same, delicious dishes carefully prepared and served with kindness by a blonde lady with a sweet smile. It's now our favorite restaurant in Cinisello! Thanks to La Baitella!
24/04/2026: Dinner with friends. It was a wonderful discovery. It's a family-run restaurant. Monica, Stefano, and their son are incredibly friendly and knowledgable about the dishes they serve. The products they use (cured meats, cheeses, etc.) are carefully selected and of the highest quality. The location is welcoming and warm, perfect for conversation. Last but not least... the quality/price ratio is TOP!!
