We went for dinner on a Saturday in June. We were given a choice of indoor or outdoor seating, and there was room available in both. The interior was air-conditioned. The pizzas were delicious, baked in a wood-fired oven, and you could watch them being prepared. The service was very quick, and the waiters were friendly.

Good pizza if you go midweek and there aren't any school groups. Until 6-8 months ago, they had very organized and fast staff. Lately, it's been a disaster. It's even been reported, but no one's gotten around to it. Recently, I asked three different waiters for spicy oil... in the end, I had to go get it myself. The pizzas are great, but the table is missing cutlery and napkins; you ask and the waiter goes off to look around.

Nice food, pizza dough is very thin.
Narrow space, hard to get between tables.
Waiters reluctantly put plates on the table.
Portions maybe a bit too small.
Neat and clean toilet.
Mostly acceptable.

For the past three years, whenever we're in Mestre, we've gone to Pizzeria Da Pino. The food has always been delicious and freshly prepared, and the service has been very attentive and friendly. For €46, including two pizzas, a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of water, and service, it's unbeatable by German standards. We'll be back next year. The pizzeria is very large and frequented by Italians, which can, of course, make it a bit noisy. That's "La Dolce Vita" for you.

We tried a few restaurant in venice, but Da Pino was recommended by our host, I had a best meal here in venice, it was testy and reasonable price.
