It was quite crowded, but it's spacious and has a nice terrace. The food was delicious. The menu consists entirely of pizza and calzones. The food prices are reasonable and similar to those in Spain. However, the drinks are very expensive. They also charge a cover charge here. They only have one card payment machine, so you can only pay at the register, and there's a very long line to pay, although they are very quick.

The pizza was very good, we had a classy dinner and had a great time. The curly-haired, red-haired waiter was very kind and friendly (he deserves a raise) 🙃

We really enjoyed the food. The pizza was sooo nice and the pasta too. We regret not having visited the place earlier, but we will definitely keep it in mind the next time we come to Venice. We had to ask for extra wine twice, and we asked three different waiters for dessert because the boy who served our table forgot to bring it after the main course. For a moment it seemed like he forgot about our table, even after we reminded his colleague that we had ordered desserts at the beginning, he did not appear 😀 However, we are also satisfied with the service, everyone was very polite and attentive.

Carpe Diem Country House

29/09/2025: Very friendly hosts, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is plentiful. Great parking behind the house, especially ideal for travelers with dogs. Since it's a bit out of town, you'll need a car to get to the beach and the town center.
