17/07/2025: If you like Kraft's Cheese Whiz, you will LOVE the fondue fountains @R-Evolution. We were 2 couples and ordered 1 shared fountain with an array of fried things to dip in the fountain: who knew you could fry prosciutto? Then, we had a total of 2 burgers. With drinks, the bill was about 105 euro. All things considered, in the future, if I ever crave fast food, I will go to McDonalds instead.

06/07/2025: Great place very welcoming and pleasant staff very helpful and fast in the service I have been here 2 times and both times everything was good, very tasty the savoury fountains whether they are cheddar sauce, BBQ sauce I highly recommend this pub

29/07/2025: Wonderful visit to Ristorante Cecilia Metella! Family friendly, family run, and homemade family quality. We highly recommend visiting this wonderful restaurant if you’re in the area, or walk across from the Catacombs di San Sebastien. Cross the road, head to right and up the driveway. The staff were super friendly and fun. I felt like my grandpa was serving us, with his grandpa humour. Couldn’t stop laughing at his grandpa jokes. The food was amazing. I feel like this was my most authentic Italian pasta and cuisine during our stay at Rome. We ate outside on the their terrace. There were lots of tables and couod get quite busy. However, our visit was just right in terms of noise from other tables. No need to shout, but still enjoyed the energy of the restaurant with families and friends enjoying lunch out on a Sunday.

23/07/2025: Amazing lunch experience under the vines. Meals and wine were superb, service was first class and atmosphere was next level fabulous. Really enjoyed. Highly recommend.

15/05/2025: ZEROCALCARE signing sessions. He and the publisher Bao are very nice and punctual. Only one star instead for the organization of the event by the bookstore. Divided into 3 steps: drawing 15.00-18.00, 18.00-19.00 talk, 19.30-24.00 signing session. I leave home at 6.50, train and off I go, I arrive at 7.40 and I am 63rd in line (a gentleman contacted us 3 times), opening at 9 and delivery of the passes (bracelets) with a number written on them. They say that for the 1st step there are only 75 passes, I'll go back!! but when it's my turn they're already sold out 🤔 (I'm 15 and I'm ashamed to do myself justice), I'm the 6th excluded so I have to settle for the signing session. I feel bad😩, I get angry😡, I repress it thinking that the important thing will be to meet him. I enter school in 3rd period, I go out, I eat a sandwich on the fly and at 2pm I get back in line outside the library for the 6pm talk. At 4pm everyone stands, otherwise "we'll take up too much space" says one of the security guards. Finally I go in and enjoy the chat. They say NOW EVERYONE OUT AND WHO HAS A PASS FOR THE FIRMADILLO GET IN LINE FOR THE TIME GROUPS WRITTEN ON THE BRACELET. I go out, convinced that I will return almost immediately since I am number 6 in the first group, and here is another injustice, the line (60 people per hour) has already formed while the talk was taking place, I am second to last... My mother has joined me, worried about the time of returning to the train, she argues with the 2 security "gorillas" who do not enforce the order of the numbers assigned in the morning, the response of one of them is I DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE NUMBER. I am back inside to meet him, finally, even if I am the last one in the third time I have been in line since this morning. I look at the time and if everything goes well we will be able to take the 9.14 train and return home by 10pm... the director of the bookstore arrives and takes me by the hand and makes me climb among the first, perhaps she has understood that something has gone wrong? I thank her, but this is just not right, 3 times in line despite the numbered bracelet. What should be security, of indecent rudeness. I arrive home at 9 pm, very tired but still happy. Because to get justice you have to raise your voice, why?

13/07/2025: We had a family lunch for four. The food was delicious: baked potatoes in lemon sauce, potato gnocchi, and delicious grilled seafood. The kids devoured spaghetti with cheese and zucchini, one serving and half. The service was friendly but unobtrusive. Beautiful sea views. More flowers would have added charm. And the music was more classical Italian instead of pop.

11/07/2025: My husband and I visited Positano for our 10 year wedding anniversary and we made reservations at Il Capitano for a romantic dinner. From the moment we arrived it was a magical experience. The location itself is absolutely beautiful. It has a spectacular view of Positano and the ocean. The restaurant is decorated to perfection. The service was 10/10. Very kind and attentive to us the entire time making sure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. The food was amazing!!! They brought us some delicious little appetizers compliment of the chef as well as some bread and breadsticks. We ordered a Caprese salad for appetizer to share which was so fresh and delicious. My husband ordered the Lamb Wellington and I ordered the Cacio e Pepe with Tuna. The dinner was spectacular. We both really enjoyed the different take on the dishes and it had so much flavor. We also enjoyed some red wine throughout dinner and ended with an amazing tiramisu with cookie crumbles. Overall, this is a must if you're visiting Positano with your significant other or for a magical night with your friends and family!! Highly recommend.

25/07/2025: Worth it, beautiful internal courtyard for outdoor dining. Inside, the vaulted brick ceilings are very evocative. The food is excellent, especially the grilled meats. Very good!!! The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and they're committed to pampering their customers. Top marks!

28/06/2025: A fantastic steakhouse, with a wide selection of grilled dishes. Very helpful and qualified staff. Really special environment surrounded by greenery and other beautiful places. Everything very good, I recommend it for a meat-based dinner or to taste excellent cocktails outdoors or in the suggestive rooms with brick vaults. Excellent quality price

11/07/2025: A complete disgrace! We ordered a tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad and the goulash. They first brought a plate with a spoonful of mashed potato as a "snack," which we never asked for and for which they later charged 10 euros!!! The main courses were awful. The buffalo mozzarella wasn't buffalo, and it came with a few cherry tomatoes and some shaved white cabbage. Unbelievable. No wonder we were almost alone!

21/06/2025: We came back after a lovely first experience, hoping for another great meal—but unfortunately, this time was a letdown. Things started off okay, but there was a mistake with our primi course. We politely asked for what we had originally ordered, and while it was eventually brought out, the dish wasn’t prepared well—it just didn’t taste right. To make matters worse, the service felt cold. The corrected dish was brought out with no smile or acknowledgment, and overall we felt like we were an inconvenience rather than welcome guests. It’s a shame, because we had high hopes based on our first visit, but this experience really changed our impression.

21/06/2025: È stata una cena squisita sulla terrazza con vista. Siamo partiti da un antipasto leggero di pesce (fettine di spada e tonno) e tortino di melanzane, per passare ai primi dal gusto delicato (gnocchetti e ravioli), a seguire i secondi di carne (brasato e agnello) ma anche il salmone in crosta di sesamo. Abbiamo concluso il tutto con dei desserts ottimi. Il tutto accompagnato da un buonissimo barbera e dalla cortesia e simpatia del proprietario. L'impiattamento molto elegante ci ha permesso di assaporare il cibo dedicandogli il giusto tempo.

15/06/2025: Abbiamo scelto di cenare fuori, confidando nella assenza di zanzare. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Di zanzare neanche l'ombra! Io e mia moglie abbiamo optato per una cena di pesce: capesante e carpaccio di tonno e spada come antipasti e polipo come secondo. Tutto perfetto. Come dolci crema brule' con granella di nocciole e tiramisu, tutti e due super! Una piacevole sorpresa e i nostri complimenti anche per l'atmosfera e la cordialita'

10/08/2025: My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was simply delicious and the service was impeccable. We had a delightful regional wine and the appetizers and main courses were to die for. The atmosphere on the terrace was cozy with a hint of fancy with a beautiful view of the river. The employees were very kind and sociable. The food was the best we have had in Italy so far! Last, the music fit the ambiance perfectly. Thank you for the delightful experience.

10/08/2025: A menu that pairs elaborate dishes with pizza. It's hard to say what kind of place it is, its identity unclear, but it's still pleasant, if only for its romantic location along the Adda River.

12/06/2025: We had a homemade tagliatelli with fresh truffle, it was amazing! The Chef served it himself. The T-bone steak was cooked to the perfection. Kind waitress, good house wine and good prices.

10/06/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was not convincing. Non-existent welcome. The pizza was flavorless (even though it was a 4 Saisons pizza) and the dough was very average. Very surprised by the lack of attention shown to customers upon entering the restaurant 🤔 Luckily, the bill was a small amount.

22/07/2025: I've been to this place twice, run by very helpful, down-to-earth, yet professional and attentive staff. Both times, in the evening, there was live music with a talented singer who entertained us until midnight, and we were seated at the outdoor tables. Our first dinner at Dek was very simple but delicious. I had a lovely salad with tuna fillets, and my husband had meat pizzaiola with a side of green beans sautéed in tomato sauce. A bottle of white wine, filtered water (unfortunately) which I can't stand, but seems to be the solution for everyone these days, and some ice cream sweets. The second evening, since it was very late and the kitchen was closing, we had two decent Margherita pizzas, a focaccia bread, beer, Coke, and mini ice creams.

20/07/2025: I've heard about this restaurant, and read about it online. My partner and I were curious to try it. We tried it last night. The welcome was very kind, the service was more than good, and the food was excellent. We sat outside, and I was a bit disappointed. I wasn't expecting simple red plastic chairs. I don't find anything strange about it, except that I overestimated it based on the advertising I read. That's all. I haven't seen the inside, obviously. I'll try to come back, especially since I ate very well.

29/07/2025: We have been coming here for years and it’s always good. The service is excellent and the food tastes good. The value of their lunch menu is unbeatable and we always see locals eat here as well. Pizza is also great.

10/08/2025: Ho preso 4 pizze da asporto molto buone, l'unica pecca è il fatto che abbiamo dovuto aspettare un pochino ma a questo diamo la colpa al fatto che ci fosse tantissima gente a mangiare in quanto il locale è sempre pieno. Personale molto cortese e i camerieri molto svegli e attivi. I piatti all'apparenza buoni e abbondanti.
