Excellent Italian restaurant, the food is exquisite, the service is good, the terrace is very romantic at night, if I had to find a fault the pizza could be improved a little but otherwise everything was excellent.

Been here 3 days running now. 2 in restaurant and 1 takeaway. Obviously we like it. Pizza is amazing, everybody loved the carbonara and amatriciana pasta. Served by the lovely Jasmine both times in the restaurant. Was told they were going to shut for 3 weeks, so we complained and she jokingly invited us round to her home for dinner.

I see the negative reviews and we had nothing but good experiences in late July. I liked the food so much we skipped a tour dinner to go back to this place again. Italy service is different than the USA but we found service to be good here and better than other places we went to. We ate before 8pm which is earlier than the standard Italian time so we also were not there when it was super busy. The food was delicious.

A fantastic restaurant with very good food for a very decent price! We ate here twice during our stay and were not disappointed! Delicious pasta and risotto, fresh soups, fresh fish and meat from the grill. And a lovely setting outside or inside with airco. A special word of thanks to our waitress Jasmin. You are fantastic with your bubbly personality and your English is so much better than you give yourself credit for! You are amazing and we enjoyed having you as our waitress on our last night in Rome.

Restaurant where you can eat delicious food, but the service isn't what it should be. Some of the staff really do their best, but there are a few walking around who don't seem to enjoy their work and project that onto the guests. The starters arrived at the same time as the main course, which isn't very convenient either. And when we were finished, we had to wait a very long time for someone to come and clear the table. And when someone finally came, they only cleared half of it. A bit of chaos in the service. You also see them walking to the wrong tables with food all the time. Haha. We just skipped dessert. Asked for the bill a few times. It just didn't come. So we walked over to the counter to approach a waiter. He apologized, and then we were finally able to pay. In short, the food was tasty, but the service leaves something to be desired.

Great authentic menu, friendly service, great quality food

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. We tried a couple of pasta dishes, as well as a few appetizers and desserts, and everything was delicious. The cheese risotto was rich and full of flavour, with a perfect balance that wasn’t overpowering. The lobster pasta was equally impressive, featuring fresh lobster and perfectly cooked, homemade tonnarelli. The prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were generous. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience and easily my favourite restaurant of our trip to Rome.

The restaurant was recommended by the receptionist of the hotel where we were staying and we did not regret it. The food is excellent, the staff is very friendly and the location is very chic. I highly recommend it!

I went to Ristorante Arturo on July 10th for my graduation, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate this special day. The food was truly excellent: every course was carefully prepared, of excellent quality, and delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful, from the waiters to the owners, kind and attentive to our every need, making us feel welcomed from start to finish. The service was also impeccable, always punctual and professional. The atmosphere was pleasant and well-kept, perfect for an important anniversary or a relaxing lunch or dinner. I thank all the staff for helping to make this day even more beautiful. I highly recommend Ristorante Arturo to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
