13/05/2025: La trattoria effettua orario continuato da mattina a sera. Ambiente ampio, con un bel giardino; ubicazione sulla strada principale, nel centro del paese; classica trattoria cittadina in Carso, con stile semplice un po’ demodé. Recensione riferita ad una cena di 3 amici nel maggio 2024. Abbiamo speso sui 30 euro a testa. Porzioni grandi, ottimo cibo, tovaglia di carta, menù macchiato, parmigiano in bustine. Consiglio i cevapcici (ottima carne morbida, ma senza aglio), cipolla cruda, ajvar, patate in tecia calde e autentiche; oppure il pollo disossato grigliato. Riguardo i dessert, delizioso e artigianale lo strudel caldo; sconsiglio invece il trancio alla frutta: la base aveva un impasto poco cotto e la panna era stucchevole. Buona la birra chiara; consiglio inoltre il tipico liquore di terrano!

Locale davvero molto piacevole e accogliente dove puoi goderti tranquillamente la tua serata. Abbiamo assaggiato diversi piatti tra cui la tartare, il tortino di carciofi, puré di fave,passatelli in brodo e dolci.... Tutto MERAVIGLIOSO! COMPLIMENTI Francesca! Personale molto gentile. 13/04/2025: An oasis of hospitality and authentic flavors at the Vittoria Restaurant-Hotel The Vittoria Hotel-Restaurant in Claut has proven to be a true gem, a place where a warm welcome is combined with a cuisine that celebrates tradition with a touch of freshness. Special praise goes to the young chef Alex, whose passion and availability were immediately evident. Not only did he serve us with courtesy and attention, but he demonstrated particular sensitivity to customer needs, including a vegetarian option in the menu which turned out to be surprisingly tasty and well thought out. The dining experience was further enhanced by the homemade pasta, a true triumph of authentic flavors and perfect texture. To accompany these delicious dishes, a selection of excellent quality wines that enhanced each course. Despite the notable influx of customers, the owner Sergio demonstrated commendable dedication, giving us all the attention possible and making us feel welcome and pampered guests. His attentive and thoughtful presence helped make our visit even more pleasant. In conclusion, the Vittoria Restaurant-Hotel is an address that I highly recommend to anyone who is in Claut and wants to live an authentic experience, characterized by good food, sincere hospitality and customer care that makes the difference. Special thanks to Alex and Sergio for making our stop so memorable.

22/04/2025: Scoperto per caso durante l'ennesimo viaggio in Valtellina, nel delizioso borgo di Grosio, lontano dai flussi turistici più opprimenti. Conoscevo già i piatti principali della valle, per cui avevo delle aspettative, che sono state ampiamente superate: tutti i piatti delle tradizione, dai manfriguli ai pizzoccheri agli sciatt, preparati con sapienza e originalità; ottima selezione di vini, della quale abbiamo potuto assaggiare un Sassella riserva indimenticabile, giustamente consigliatoci in abbinamento ai piatti scelti; un servizio come da tempo mi mancava, fatto di mille attenzioni, eccellenti e chiare descrizioni dei piatti e un sincero interessamento alla nostra esperienza. Questa autentica perla della cucina e dell'ospitalità valtellinesi non ha nulla da invidiare ai tanti ristoranti blasonati della valle.

22/03/2025: Il ristorante propone piatti della tipica trazione valtellinese, ben realizzati. Ingredienti di qualità. Ottima selezioni dj vini. Peccato che il pane che ci è stato servito era immangiabile e durissimo. Servizio valido forse troppo sbrigativo. Prezzo nelle media.

25/05/2025: Good bar, absolutely not an Irish pub though. USA pub, fullstop. Meant to be playing the Manchester United V Tottenham game, asked beforehand if they will play the audio. Barman said yes. Halftime, they put the music back on. Also, they do a one pour flat head Guinness; again not Irish bar.

22/05/2025: During our stay at the Hotel Aurora, we were advised to have dinner at Altrò, right in front of the hotel. A suggestion that turned out to be perfect. As soon as we sat down, they welcomed us with bread accompanied by an extra virgin olive oil from Itri: simple, but truly excellent, a great start. We chose two first courses: a tagliolini with shrimp bisque accompanied by a delicate tartare, and a risotto with real scampi cream and fresh cream. Both dishes were prepared with great care, balanced in flavors and with ingredients of evident quality. Quality, as we know, comes at a price — but when the experience is up to par, every euro spent acquires value. To make it all even more memorable, a small gesture from the waiter when he was leaving: while my girlfriend was already leaving, he stopped me, taking me by the arm and, with a knowing look, handed me a flower. A nice and unexpected moment that I immediately seized to surprise her, unaware of the scene. Advised!

19/05/2025: On a rainy day in April, walking around Sperlonga, we came across Altro' Restaurant, looking for a good fish-based lunch. The welcome was impeccable: from the beginning, we were accompanied with attention and professionalism by an extremely knowledgeable and kind lady, able to recommend each course based on our needs. The cuisine won us over: from the delicious tagliolini with red prawns, to squid with escarole but, the real star was the Gran Altro', a selection of raw fish that absolutely deserves to be tried. The prices are not among the lowest indeed (raw fish appetizer, a first course of tagliolini with red prawns, a second course of squid, water and Pinot Noir wine € 206.00) but the quality of the food makes every euro well spent.

12/06/2025: Very nice place located in the heart of Turin. Close to the Egyptian Museum and many other attractions in Turin. The pizza is EXCELLENT! When I'm in the area I always go back willingly!

10/06/2025: A place that overlooks the beautiful Piazza Carlo Alberto. The Roman style pizza is good with quality ingredients. The service is friendly although it could be better organized.

08/06/2025: I have been back to eat here several times, but this time the experience was particularly nice. The menu has some really good new dishes, the dishes we tried pleasantly surprised us. I liked the livers with glaze, the sea bass accompanied by mango leche. The fettuccine with squid ink and the Cinta Senese cheek literally melted in the mouth because it was so tender. The dishes chosen by my partner were also excellent, confirming the excellent cuisine, the service was also attentive, discreet and friendly, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. The price is in line with the quality of both the food and the environment: serene, well-kept and welcoming. A restaurant that manages to exceed expectations every time. Ps: The spa is also very beautiful!

05/05/2025: Un punto fisso, non tornavo da qualche anno, tornare da Punta Baja è sempre una certezza. La location è splendida, affacciata sul mare, perfetta per una cena al tramonto. Il cibo resta di ottimo livello: piatti ben eseguiti, materie prime fresche e servizio curato. È uno di quei posti dove torni volentieri, sapendo che troverai qualità e atmosfera.
