The food is excellent! We had baked gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana, pesto pasta and tiramisu. Very tasty, made with all fresh ingredients. There was a queue and we had to wait about 30 mins to get in the restaurant. The restaurant is small and it’s self service. There was a little pressure to eat food and leave soon because of the waiting customers outside.

Pastas were really delicious. So is Tiremus. The location is also close to the coliseum and easy. The waiter recommends pasta you might like, depending on your country and what you like. But the service culture is a bit weak. You place your order yourself at the cash register and they call you when it's ready. You go and buy it yourself. The tables are high and the seats are uncomfortable. Also the rules are very strict and ridiculous. You will enter the restaurant two at a time, hang your bags on the hanger... Prices are generally affordable. When I consider everything, if you go there thinking of street food without thinking about the service, you can fill up cheaply and deliciously. I recommend you to go. (Also, there is a queue for dinner when it opens at 7. That's why I recommend you to go in front of it around 6.45 and get in line.)

Wonderful, one of the best Carbonara I've had in Rome. The hostess is an extremely polite and kind gentleman. It's worth going.

The service here is super friendly, the restaurant is small, may need to queue for a bit but it goes fast. The host keeps you in the loop and is honest about wait times & also very helpful with the menu with good honest advice on the pasta. It’s self service, but the pasta was super fresh and lovely. Not too bad a price either. Would definitely come back and even for the take away! Thank you!

Massimo and the team is fantastic! My friend was suffering from heatstroke, almost fainted in the restaurant. They gave us the fan and drink, also helping with first aid. They are very kind and cheerful. The food is great and worth for the time.

We had to wait in line, but we were delighted. We were greeted warmly, given all the details about the menu, and the Russian-speaking girl at the checkout helped us choose and advised that the portions were large and it would be better to save room for the tiramisu. The carbonara was indeed very salty, but we had been warned up front.

The best carbonara I’ve ever had!! Came here twice during my 4 day trip to Rome. 100% recommend
