29/05/2026: We've been coming to South Tyrol for years and discovered Sapperlot during a stay in Tscherms. We were thrilled from our very first visit. The service is friendly, very attentive, and they simply have an eye for detail. The food is perfect. The quality is top-notch and always beautifully presented. The lovely terrace invites you to relax and enjoy your meal. This year we're staying in Algund, but we still drove to Sapperlot for a meal. It's definitely worth it!!! We'll be back.

22/05/2026: We found this place almost by chance to satisfy our craving for red meat, and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery.
We ordered the mixed grill with rib-eye steak for two to share (€55) and were truly impressed: the rib-eye steak, about 900g, was out of this world, cooked to perfection, with an excellent grilled flavor, and decidedly filling. The grill also included sausage, coppone, pancetta, and grilled polenta. Overall, a very generous portion, more than enough for a dinner for two.
As an appetizer, we also recommend the Tuscan chicken liver crostini, if you like that kind of food: really good.
The staff is also very welcoming and friendly, and the place is beautiful. We'll definitely be back!

11/03/2026: A truly positive experience. The atmosphere was elegant and refined, yet welcoming, with excellent food and great attention to detail. The service was impeccable, and the wine list was well-curated, with very interesting selections. A restaurant definitely worth a visit.
10/02/2026: I already knew this place from previous management. It's a small villa in a very quiet location with minimal furnishings. I tried them for both lunch and dinner. They're very thoughtful, but sometimes, perhaps, for my personal taste, the flavors of the herbs accompanying the dishes are a little too strong. The ladies in the dining room are very attentive, but I'd say they put a little too much pressure on the timing. The second courses are the ones I loved the most. I'll definitely be back to try their creations again.

The highlight is definitely the quality of the fish, especially the raw fish, which is truly fantastic, incredibly fresh, and of the highest quality.
The service was courteous and professional, with reasonable wait times. The staff was helpful in recommending both dishes and wine pairings.
The prices are medium-high, but justified by the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience.
Highly recommended.

I'm personally crazy about Ligurian-style rabbit, and here I can assure you it's a true delight...the taste of it still sticks in my mouth 😋
The staff is incredibly kind, and it's truly a pleasure to be served with such skill and warmth. 🔝
The place is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, and cool...it has all the ingredients for an unforgettable lunch or dinner!

08/05/2026: It was an incredible experience. I don't know how some people can think of giving a low rating. The food is divine (we ordered tartare, rabbit and venison). The service is beyond praise. We were immediately divided into 2 plates of tartare, offered coffee on the terrace, real long-forgotten service. Thank you very much!

The atmosphere was also beautiful, with vintage furnishings in warm, welcoming colors and a relaxed atmosphere (a rare sight in the Navigli area).
