12/02/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times and can say that the food is excellent: the dishes are plentiful, beautifully presented, and prepared with quality ingredients. Each course is flavorful and meticulously prepared.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to offer advice. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and quiet, perfect for a dinner as a couple or with friends, as well as for events (graduations, communions, baptisms). Excellent value. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and leave satisfied.

21/04/2026: An osteria just steps from Piazza del Duomo. Friendly and fast service. Excellent food. Recommended for both lunch and dinner. Very fair prices. There's also a parking lot nearby. Congratulations!

03/05/2026: Friendly service and excellent food. We had an appetizer for two with excellent local products. A very tender boneless steak and local lamb. We finished with a delicious berry panna cotta. Everything was excellent, the service was excellent, and the place was busy. Convenient parking.
03/05/2026: A historic restaurant nestled in a beautiful, ancient landscape. Excellent food and moderate prices. The staff was friendly, although they forgot the half-liter we'd ordered. Overall, an extremely positive experience.

Maurizio, the pizzaiolo, was very kind and even played the accordion for us!
The food was great and the local wine was excellent.

Had a lovely conversation over fantastic food and great wine and even got a private concerto on the accordion by Maurizio himself! Couldn’t recommend more! A must visit to anyone in Capistrello! Only got to take a photo of the antipasto because we devoured everything else right away!

The quality and flavor of the dishes were truly surprising, and the welcome and service were very warm (we even received cookies with our coffee!).
The value for money was equally good.
The only small issue is the rather cramped interior.
Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

03/01/2026: I don't what to say...Im American, and a Texan...a bit of a beef snob😜 ive traveled all over Europe and gave up trying hamburgers at places. I eat various meals at different price points but sometimes just have a need for a cheeseburger... but gave up trying in Europe in general.
But ive come to Max's several times, the service is excellent and the food has always been very good, so I said I will go ahead and try a smash burger on the menu.
Omg...sooooooo good!!!!!! You will not be disappointed 😉😘 best cheeseburger in Europe💯
