23/06/2025: We celebrated our wedding at Cartiera del Vetojo and we are very happy with our choice. Luca was available at all times from start to finish, meeting our wishes. The organization was impeccable. Excellent lunch and location surrounded by nature. We highly recommend it!

19/07/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante spettacolare con una bellissima vista, se al tramonto ancor di più. La sala interna ha un affresco sul soffitto molto suggestivo. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti, gentili ( qualità non scontata al giorno d'oggi) e super professionali... ti senti quasi a casa!!
I prodotti sono freschi, buonissimi e locali ( ad esempio le verdure sono le loro e la pasta viene fatta dal cuoco al momento).
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!!

19/06/2025: We were guided by the wonderful winemaker Francesca, in this experience for my husband's birthday. It was all a magical poem: her explanations made interesting even to the ears of children, and above all the tasting of their wines of Ratafia and Scrucchiata all accompanied by tasty specialties at km "0". Infinite thanks, and a toast to refined kindness.

05/08/2025: I didn't take any photos, but travelers, trust me! This is a true artisan bakery with fresh, delicious products. You can refuel with pizza and desserts. There's also a café and grocery store in town.

22/03/2025: Abbiamo scelto La Maestria per festeggiare il compleanno di mio padre: eravamo in 9 e non potevamo fare scelta migliore.
Il pranzo è stato davvero delizioso, con piatti curati e pesce super fresco.
La location è molto bella, accogliente e curata nei dettagli, e il personale…semplicemente top!
Un plauso speciale a chi gestisce il locale: sono i “vecchi” della Trota, e si vede tutta la loro esperienza e passione in ogni dettaglio.
Complimenti sinceri, davvero meritati!

04/05/2025: Siamo capitati per caso in questa trattoria un po’ defilata rispetto al corso principale ma vicinissima. Abbiamo mangiato per antipasto un ottimo tortino al pecorino guarnito con prosciutto e pera e un crostone con cipolla rossa caramellata e lardo. Inoltre tagliatelle all’aquilana e cicoria ripassata . Tutto buonissimo. Conto più che onesto rispetto alla qualità servita. Personale giovane e cortese. Bravi.

13/08/2025: They welcomed us very kindly without a reservation, and the waiter was very kind and friendly.
Although we were completely satisfied with the food, since there were eight of us, each person's dish arrived quite a while apart, leaving some waiting and others who had already finished. This is never pleasant. 😩
Overall, the food was good and the staff were friendly. 🤞🏼

The atmosphere is typical of an Irish pub (I love it).
The smash burger was very good, and the vegan option with a soy burger (it tasted like unconventional meat) was really good. The fries were equally good, both the regular and the twisted ones!
The staff was also very friendly.
