We visited the restaurant on Easter Monday for lunch: we chose a cheese platter and stuffed fritters as an appetizer, then focused on the main course: the pasta and meat.
The saffron and zucchini gnocchi was excellent, but the meat was truly superb: a 988-gram sashimi choco, weighed in front of you and overseen from start to finish with obsessive care and precision by the owner.
The dessert was a fitting conclusion to a truly high-quality experience: we opted for a freshly assembled tiramisu to share, as both the pasta and the other dishes were truly adequate in quantity.
Quality comes at a price, and the price is truly fair for what you get, especially for the meat, which I believe to be far above average in quality and cooking.

It's not your typical place to sit down and order a random cut; here, a premium atmosphere reigns from the moment you step inside, thanks to a restaurant with meticulous attention to detail, where the elegant decor creates the perfect atmosphere for a special lunch or dinner.
The real heartbeat is the extraordinary variety of meats, but the real highlight of the lunch was the Sashi Choco. It's a rare meat, with a marbling that seems almost designed with those notes of chocolate and dried fruit that make it unique.
But the extra edge comes from the host, Mirko, a true expert in the field. His expertise is disarming. He can tell you the story of every single fiber and masters the cooking techniques to the millimeter, ensuring that such a prized cut arrives at the table simply perfect.
The journey, however, doesn't end with the savory. The incredible culinary experience continues until dessert. Here, you won't find the usual industrial desserts, but homemade creations by true pastry chefs. The cheesecake is incredibly creamy, and the tiramisu is balanced and fresh, just like the traditional one, but with a twist.

I was there recently with my family. I couldn't stay past 9 pm, so I mentioned the issue when I booked. I was reassured about the service times, and they maintained them throughout the dinner. Even though there were other tables to be served, they allowed me to enjoy appetizers, first courses, meat-based main courses, and desserts, all of which were served impeccably. The staff was always discreet and attentive, promptly fulfilling our orders. The first courses were good, but what impressed us most was the quality of the meat and desserts.
